Okay so actually.. (temp chapter!)

So I’ve been thinking… I have a choice for you all.

I know this may be a bit annoying, considering I just adding a chapter after a year long hiatus, but I honestly have been really struggling to write this out any further. I have ideas, but it’s almost too much! I created this huge world with a million different strings of connection that I have to try and remember, and it’s become a real headache.

So….

I have had the idea for another story for a while now. It’s much simpler. It’ll be focused around an up-and-coming band, along with all the sex, drugs, and rock n roll that you’d expect to follow along. It would still have my writing style, but would contain little to no supernatural elements (sorry to anyone whose favorite character of mine is Vanessa lol).

Here’s the choice:

Either I put the brakes completely on this story for another while, and I start on this other story and focus time on that.

OR

I take a smaller break, reread everything a few times, take notes, plan shit out, etc etc, and get this back up and running a bit sooner.

Keep in mind, either way this story is NOT dead. I do have an eventual endgame scenario. The only difference is the amount of time before this gets back up and running. Either it takes a while (and you have a separate story to dig into) or it takes a bit (and you just have to wait… like you have already been doing for a year….).

The choice is yours! I’m, admittedly, leaning towards the first option. I think it would be a fun world to create! I think making up lyrics would be a cool challenge! Hell, maybe I’d even let other people take a crack and make their own storylines on that one?

But! I know people like this story, and if you’d prefer I just hurry up and lock in on it, then so be it.

This chapter will be deleted the next time a chapter is uploaded to this storyline, btw.
