Ogling

It was evident that all the men in the room were ogling at her. Nadia was in perfect shape. Cute. Busty. She could be on TV or a cover girl magazine. Their wives didn’t mind because they were ogling at the handsome instructor. Mark.

He was a six time iron-man athlete. Toned. Tanned. Muscular. Surely six pack abs. But his true passion was helping normal people become their best selves. Fit. Happy. Healthy.

Nadia stood in front of the class. Pink. She tried to stay calm. Mark explained the stretches and demonstrated. Nadia managed to do them quite easily. This was a beginners class after all. Although she hadn’t been to a gym in years.

Mark assisted with her stretches, lightly guiding her and supporting. His hands on her body made her tingle. The other couples copied with mixed success. Laughter. And some frustration. It really depended on how happy the couples seemed. Oh, how she wished Greg was here so they could be a clumsy couple at the back.

The workout lasted an hour and Nadia built up a sweat.

“You were amazing! A real natural. You should run your own class here,” Mark smiled.

“My own class? I know nothing about exercise…” she said. Well that wasn’t true. She ran track and field in high school.

“Don’t worry. We can show you the ropes,” he said.

My own class? This was actually a pretty cool idea. She was usually quite bored at home watching soap operas and Netflix during the day, until Greg returned from work. Maybe this class idea was exactly what she needed.

“Maybe I can try it,” she said.
