Office life is much smoother

It's not too surprising that things quickly get much better for everyone at the office. Between his heavy workload (because he's doing his work and most of yours) Ian already didn't have much time to hassle you, but now he's also doing personal errands for Bai-Lin several times a day. He doesn't even have time to give you the occasional insult in the break room anymore.

What does surprise you is that this leads to some other improvements. For one thing, you start to bond with Bai-Lin over your mutual dislike of Ian. A couple of weeks later, while going over some project reports with Bai-Lin, you quietly, conspiratorially ask her, "So, are you still making Ian wear the... you know."

Bai-Lin smiles and blushes. She looks around to make sure nobody else can hear, then leans in close and says, "Oh my god, you heard that? Yeah, of course you did, the whole office was there! Well... yeah! In fact, the first chastity cage he got left him a bit of room, so I've sized the loser down since then!"

"Whoa! He must be pretty sore!"

Before you can confirm, Ian comes up with a gourmet coffee from the best shop in town. He glares at you and says, "Out of the way, dumbass, I've got a coffee for my lady."

"Hey!" snaps Bai-Lin. "No! We talked about your shitty disposition, asslicker! I told you to be nicer to everyone in the office, and that includes John! Apologize!"

The struggle on Ian's face is obvious. He really doesn't want to say anything nice to you, but he wants to please Bai-Lin, and his programming makes it so he gets turned on when she forces him to do something, so he's in quite a state. Eventually he looks down to avoid eye contact and says, "I'm sorry, John. I'll be... nicer... in the future."

Bai-Lin turns back to you, switching back to her natural, sweet personality. She puts her hand on your arm and says, "I'm so sorry about him!"

"Don't worry," you reply. "It's not great that it took him until his thirties to learn basic people skills, but at least he has an amazing teacher now."

Bai-Lin brightens up even more at the compliment.

Over the next month, things get better and better. Ian's behavior towards everyone improves, which has the unintended consequence that Suze gives him a raise. It makes sense, he's a much better employee now and she doesn't know that it's all because of you. You also continue to torment him by regularly chatting with Bai-Lin, which she enjoys because she knows he deserves it.

And she's definitely flirting with you. That wasn't part of the programming you gave her, it's just happening on its own.
