Offer to heal the mask!

"...you know, we have someone who can help heal that mask of yours," Rukia told Nel.

"Eh, you do?" Nel questioned, and Ichigo noticed Dodonchaka and Pesche looking at each other with clear panic.

"Those two don't seem that keen on the idea," Ichigo noted dryly, getting Lisa, Rukia and Yoruichi to turn curious gazes towards them.

"...why wouldn't you guys be?" Nel asked, looking towards Dodonchaka and Pesche. "It seems like a good idea!"

"Nel, we shouldn't just trust them, they're strangers!" Dodonchaka waved his hands frantically. "Besides, they don't look like Hollows themselves..."

"Huh... Yeah, that's true," Nel muttered, turning to look towards them. "No masks, and everyone but the dark lady has swords, and two of them have black robes... If anything, they look more like Soul..." she froze, and pointed a shaky finger at them. "Um... Just, who exactly are you guys?"

"...Ichigo Kurosaki, Substitute Soul Reaper," Ichigo replied.

"Rukia Kuchiki, Soul Reaper," Rukia added, holding back from mentioning the fact that she was also a Sex Genie.

"Yoruichi Shihoin, former Soul Reaper Captain," Yoruichi added with a catlike smirk.

"Lisa Yadomaru, Visored," Lisa added her own answer.

Nel shrieked. "Soul Reapers! Baddies!" she, exclaimed as she and the other three Hollows ran, or in Bawbaba's case, crawled around in circles in a blind panic. "They're gonna kill us!"

"...should we do something about that?" Lisa asked as they all watched with a sweat drop.

"... let's give them ten minutes, let them get it out of their systems, and realize on their own that if we actually wanted to kill them, we have had, and right now do have, ample opportunity to do so," Ichigo shrugged, though his eye was twitching in annoyance.

After nine minutes, they had all collapsed in exhaustion, and Yoruichi said in amusement, "Well, look at that, you're not dead yet."

"...Nel guesses not," Nel replied, though she still seemed skeptical.

"But maybe you guys have some kind of ulterior motive! Maybe use us as bait or something to kill other Hollows!" Pesche offered up.

Ichigo deadpanned at them. "If that were the case, we'd have already tied you up and started dragging you around for that purpose. And before you suggest we want information... Well, you guys don't seem to be the type to know diddly squat about Aizen or anyone else important in Hueco Mundo," he summed up, pretending not to notice Dodonchaka and Pesche stiffening at that. No need to hurt his case. He doubted they were among Aizen's forces anyway. What would Aizen want from a couple of idiots? ...then again, Rukia had mentioned that Nel was a possible powerhouse. Still, Ichigo could wait until some goodwill was built before pressing that.

"That's right. It was just an offer," Rukia added, smiling at Nel. "You don't have to take it if you don't trust us."
