"So what, get up on stage and pretend to be all hypnotized?" She said somewhat sarcastically.

Silvanus shook his head.

"Not quite. You'll be putting that spunky attitude to work introducing me and hyping up the show, and then you'll be hypnotized for real" he corrected.

"I'd hate to embarrass you at your own show by not getting hypnotized" she said with a confident sass. "But you're on, er... Boss, I guess. When's the show?"

"That would be tomorrow. So once you're done with your schooling for today--"

"Yeah yeah. Get people interested in the show. Will do, Captain!" She said as she stood and walked out.

"Certainly a firebrand, that one. It'll be fun to hypnotize her" Silvanus thought to himself.
