Dr. Sara smile widens as she notices Gary's focus on her necklace.

I've heard similar situations like this before. There's nothing to worry about. Relax," Dr. Sara is speaking just above a whisper.

The tension from Gary's body flows out and he relaxes further into the soft, inviting cushions of the chair.

"Good. Sleep," Dr. Sara commands and Gary's head drops to his chest with his eyes closed.

Dr. Sara assumes a very professional demeanor and walks behind her desk.
