This first lecturer spares NO details of the intense recount of what the first settlers experienced here, and of the first ever Warriors. It super reminds you why you want to be a Warrior, and fills you with an even greater appreciation for those that came before you! The story went something like this:

Way way back, when people were only first arriving here from the mainland, and the small town that would go on to become the city of Kokkinport was just barely being established, people still had no idea of the beasts that the land held for them. One of these travellers was a woman by the name of Sara Purcrux, the captain of the fleet which had made this journey and the overseer of the treks through this new land. Captain Purcrux was a powerful and highly respected woman, who seemed to excel at all which she put her mind to -- an expert duellist with her gem-encrusted heirloom sword and a master tactician and also a brilliant leader and the paintings of her armour look really cool and man this woman rocks so much you're such a huge fan you wanna be exactly like her.

Among her many achievements and important actions regarding the creation of Kokkinport, Captain Purcrux was also the first person ever to report a monster. That is, she was the first person to ever see a monster and come back. That's how cool she is!
