It began by covering Samus completely in nanobot infused latex from her feet, and as the nanobots began to settle and harden, it began to fundamentally change her body from the inside out as it is turned from flesh and bone to rubber and shiny latex, when it reached her groin, it smoothed out her pussy into a bare any shiny crotch, when it began it reached her head the nanobots began erasing Samus's very identity as it began removing her hair and her facial features, when they're done there will be no identifying features that makes her even look like a human, and then the latex began moving to phase 2 as robotic arm injected a needle filled with a special nanobot strain into her bare crotch, and a bulge began growing immediately into roughly double the size of a tennis ball and when it finished growing, a Glowing purple lock is emblazoned on it and an identical one is emblazoned on 'Samus's', face.
And the final step of the process has started as the nanobots began to alter her brain waves...
