Now for something completely different...sort of.

While The Professor was galivanting about in the past, the present (well future for us) had not been idle. The Professor thought he had managed to get away with his tempering simply due to being beyond the grasp of the authorities. What he did not know was that he was not the first to create a time machine. The Temporal Protectorate (TP) had, in secret, been tracking his ever move for nearly a decade before he even thought about diving into the past. TP agents already knew about his plan to alter the world to change his present to be his own personal harem. While they had no issues with his alterations per se, they did not appreciate his attempts to make women the subservient sex slaves of men. As such, they had sent an agent into the past to alter his every act of tampering. It was for this reason that, while women continued to be naked into the modern era, they did not have his philosophy as their guiding principle.

Each time The Professor fiddled with the timeline, a TP agent would interfere with his plans. Every woman who joined the Masterites was enlightened to the truth of Free Use. Every attempt to alter history to give the loser the edge was reset to put the overall history back where it should be. Essentially, except for the total lack of clothing for women, his attempts to change time constantly met with failure thanks to the Temporal Protectorate. It was funny (to an outside observer) whenever a TP agent changed with The Professor's attempt's to remake the world in his own image. The time ripples were kind of ticklish too. The temporal distortion waves (TDWs), not so much. Agents were still repairing the damage The Professor did to Ancient Rome by helping a small (relatively speaking) tribe stand up to the Empire. Fortunately, agents in the field are protected from TDWs. Nearly a dozen agents had been lost to TDWs before they figure out that one.
