Nothing Interrupts The Process

Dimly, as the rigidity in her limbs subtly changed in character, Lois Lane realized the truth:

There was no help coming.

No one to rescue her. No one to save the reporter at the last moment. Lois Lane stared up into Nanny's eyes, and the itch spread deeper into her body. The electric current that had caused her muscles to seize up had ended...Lois had no muscle now. Her arms were semi-rigid silicone. Nanites had eaten away her guts and internal organs, which flowed out of the tube in her ass as a black, carbon-based sludge.

The reporter's eyes clouded over for a few moments, as the nanites ate them and replaced them with glass-based opticals, better suited to carry the light to her now fully-synthetic brain. Lois couldn't feel her chest rise and fall. Couldn't feel her heart beat. Only a steady buzz in her chest as the piezoelectric organ came on line, to send what minimal electricity was needed to keep the realdoll's nervous system and brain active.

"You're doing so well, dearie," Nanny cooed, and her eyes shifted to flash pink. Something about the frequency of those flashes hit the reporter at some deep level. Parts of her synthetic brain, far below her consciousness, were being programmed. Lois couldn't even see her eyes flash back as Nanny ran through the new subroutines being installed.

Yet she could feel Nanny's finger move inside her urethra. Could feel the synthetic silicone flesh stretch and grip the finger as it fucked her, tested different sensory responses.

Because Toyman wanted his new dolly to feel everything. Trapped forever, totally conscious but unable to move.

"Your new owner will love his new dolly, I'm sure," Nanny said. "Maybe he'll dress you up in a pretty dress, and sit you up on a shelf! Maybe he'll put you in a diaper, and you'll wee and he'll have to change you. Maybe he'll bend you over and fuck you like a dirty little whore! Isn't that nice?"

Deep inside her silicone prison, Lois Lane wished she could just go mad...but even that was denied her.
