Nothing, yet

"What's this thing?" Your sister chimed innocently, turning her hand to inspect the new adornment bedazzeling her finger.

You blinked, simply staring at the ring for a short moment. You knew you should be panicking, but for some reason you simply didn't. You didn't realize it yet, but at that moment your body felt so... regular.

"Oh, it's uh, mine. But you can have it if you want." You replied, in a surprisingly Sierra-like fashion. Why did you say that?! You needed the ring to switch back, you knew it, but that answer just came automatically.

"Really?" She asked cautiously, inspecting it more. By then Dana's concern for you seemed to go away watching your mundane conversation. "Are you sure? It looks expensive." Hailey admired the sapphire that just seconds ago carried your soul into Sierra's body. You glanced at the gem again, looking at the dim jem with distraught. Yet...

It was at that moment you realized the panic attack Sierra brought on you was already over, for a few minutes in fact. Instead, you felt more calm and collected. And... Comfortable. Sierra's body didn't feel so foreign anymore. It just felt... Normal. Was that good?
