Nothing, Your Rescued

Despite your attempts to get it off, the eel on your arm is only tightening its grip, and your arm once again goes numb, starting to look like rubber. Due to the uncomfortable sensations involved in this, you're still flailing your arm wildly in order to remove it. It's not working so far, but maybe eventually it'll let go.

Suddenly, however, your arm is stopped by a huge hand grabbing your wrist. Towering over you is the huge, muscular dog-monster that vanished into the murky waters a moment ago. Practically drooling with her teeth bare and her eyes expressionless, her claws pinch your flesh around the part where the eel is digging in. With a mighty pull, she rips it off, causing you to scream in pain as this took out part of your arm skin. She tosses it to the floor and squishes it under her foot.

Great, you didn't transform, but you're still facing a giant dog that looks ready to eat you. She lets you an absolutely infernal growl in your direction but doesn't seem to attack. She does seem to have occasional biting and slashing tics, but these seem aimed at no one in particular. Perhaps the transformation wasn't entirely finished after all?

She starts moving in a severely hunched over, almost quadrupedal motion, then stops and turns her head at you as if waiting for you to follow. You've been saved for now, but you have your doubts over the extent to which you can trust this beast...
