Notes For Those Wanting To Write Their Own Path

So this chapter is just for me to share some things for if anyone who's interested in this story, including me, so I can get my own thoughts down for future stories. This whole thing came about because of a MHA commission for someone who wanted a more unique form of mind control, but once I thought of it it seemed like it would be fun to share with others. Anyway, these are mostly specific questions about the world one should ask before getting started:

1) When does your MC get the powers?

So are they latent or new powers? Are they psychic or touch based? Are they a superpower or received through an extra item? All these questions you'll need to ask yourself while starting. For example: if the MC has always had the powers, how has that affected them so far? Is their mother and father not who birthed them? And if you go for new powers, how will this impact their current relationships?

2) What's the effect on others?

Next, you need to figure out how this impacts the outer world. In my story thread, I deemed the MC as a sort of 'blank' to all. A non-entity that they did not even have the mental connection to call him a stranger. This can be different in your fic, maybe everyone considers them just as a 'stranger' as most of the Earth would consider you right now. This once again is effected by the decision to have them be new or old powers.

Another thing to think about is how a new connection would be viewed by others. For example: if you make a pretty princess into your ****, she will consider this to be absolute fact, but will everyone else accept that as always having been the case? Or will they see a strange person with the princess and her acting odd? I'd lean towards the former if I were you, but to each their own.

3) Are the connections transferable?

The one rule I'm gonna stick by is that you have to have each connection be unique. You cannot become King to a crowd of people, as that is too easy. But if you'd like to be one person's king, another's master, another's deity, another's boss, etc etc. that's fine. You can also make someone your dentist but also be a dentist for someone else (just an example, not limited to purely dentistry).

The second rule that I won't enforce as hard is that of transferable connections. I personally think it's better if you, for example, change your neighbour into your wife that it should be a permanent change. No one else can be your wife now, and that neighbour will forever think that is who they are. But again, not as enforced, like if you make your coworker into your onahole, but then change your mind to then make your sexy coworker into your onahole leaving your boss free to turn into your partner, that's fine. At the end of the day, it's whatever inspires you to write these elegant chapters of porn.

4) Can relationship evolve?

This one's interesting. This is definitely on the will of the writer, and is easily ignored for a grander, sexier time, but still a question that some might pursue. Best described in an example, if you make a girl your fiancé, can she ever become your wife? Or have you locked her into the singular role in your life forever? If you use the powers to get a girlfriend and a wife, can the girlfriend ever become another wife? Can the girlfriend ever become your ex? Again, just stuff to think about.
