Even so, even as she blinked due to forgetting about Jaune and the urinals, she mused, "I should get back before Mercury gets annoyed... Because when he's annoyed, he tries even harder to annoy me... He'd probably be better at it if he read more books without pictures...

"Cinder would also probably be annoyed about me taking so long... She is pretty impatient. She still wants to go over the plan with us soon... Man, she's so sexy with those glowing amber eyes and flowing black hair...

Wait, plan? Jaune briefly thought about that, but then remembered they were participating in the combat tournament of the festival. So she was probably just talking about a preliminary battle plan for that. And now he confirmed that the goth looking girl was Cinder Fall. Good, now he could try using the Note on her...

"Neo's probably going to be present, not like she has anything to contribute to the conversation, being mute and all that... Still, she is a great fighter... Though I'm sure she's quite sadistic... She plays with her opponents a bit too much. Her Semblance of illusions is actually quite similar to mine..."

Neo? Who was Neo? Wasn't the teammate for them named Trivia? Maybe it was some nickname she preferred to go by?

"Shame everyone here are technically enemies, I do plan on checking out all the cute girls around here before the Festival," she added. "Might be fun to hang out with some of the people here... Still, at the end of the day, Cinder's the only friend I need, I do owe her everything. Mercury is nice enough I guess, but he probably crushes on me a bit... Maybe I should just tell him I'm a lesbian. Eh... Actually, might be fun to let him come on to me if he ever decides to go for it, only for me to tell him... Don't know if such a joke would even work though, he knows I like Cinder... Meh, I'll still keep it to myself in case the payoff to the joke does arrive."

As she then started to rattle off the scroll numbers, Jaune took her note of checking out the girls before the Festival as confirmation that the plan she mentioned was just for how to win the tournament, even if he was a bit unsettled by her describing people as enemies. He also noted her lesbianism, but knew he could "fix" that with the Note. Not that there was anything wrong with it mind you, but if he wanted to bang her, he'd have to make her see him as an exception.

Still, once he had given the Scroll numbers, he realized she had already been here a while, so any temptation to listen to more wouldn't be wise. "Release," he said, and she walked out. After waiting a few minutes, he followed suit, any small concerns he might have had about her choice of words at some points already forgotten for now.
