Not really. You arrive and look for the meeting point

The rest of your ride is rather uneventful. As long as you are on the highway, Jenny lets you drive while she takes a relaxing nap. Sammy uses this to braid a daisy into her hair. The suppressed giggling of your girlfriend shows you that she is still aware about her surroundings. The last half hour you have to drive through a very rural area. Jenny, directs you with an old-fashioned map. Navigation apps and devices can get racked by the Neo Inquisition and this would be a risk for the whole pack. It is already evening when you arrive in a small village in the middle of nowhere.

You park the car next to another car Jenny identifies as a pack members car. She leads you down a hiking path to a forest around three kilometers away from the village. You are glad it is not even more far away, because the stuff she wanted to take with her is quite heavy. Next to a tent and some food she also packed some spare clothes, blankets and a foldable camping chair. You wonder how she managed to carry this alone in the past.

At the border of the forest, Jenny seems lost for the first time. As she explains, a few pack members are usually at the border to show the arriving members the way. But there is nobody. And in human form, her senses are not strong enough to find her pack over this distance. Alric flies off to ask some wildlife about the werewolves, but he comes back with no result. Apparently most small animals fled when the first humans arrived. Since you don’t want to stay here and wait for another pack member, you all walk into the forest to look for the rest of the pack.

The forest is quite large. Much bigger than the one where you discovered your girlfriends secret. Good thing is that you have a pair of fairies at your side which can ask the birds for help in case you get lost. But it doesn’t get this far. After several minutes, Jenny stops you and tell you there is a familiar scent. She follows it and quickly you meet with an older man who seems to have expected you. Or at least your girlfriend, since she gets a hug and you only a confused look. You would describe the man probably as Santa Clause with bald head, shorter beard and simple outdoor clothes.

“Max, this is Travis,” Jenny explains happy, “he is a member of the pack and can show us the way to the campsite.”

“Great, thank you, sir,” you say happy and shake Travis hand.

“Just Travis, friend,” Travis answers smiling, “Acaria will be glad you are here. Most others are already at the campsite. They all come now. I barely make it back to the edge of the forest without stumbling over one or two of my mates.”

Travis leads you for some minutes through the forest. You have no idea how he is able to remember the way. For you, all trees, stones and bushes look exactly the same. But thanks to your guide, you hear some other voices soon. And suddenly you enter a clearing with a lot of people and several tents.
