Not quite

The two girls realized there were cigarettes in their ears after they pulled up their jeans. At the next stop they got off, but before the bus doors closed, Gracie stopped time.

Gracie and Natalie went to the two girls and lifted them up. They removed their jeans and switched them. The girl with the blue hair was curvier, so her friend's jeans would be tighter. Gracie and Natalie also put the jeans on backwards and left them down at the girls' knees then zipped them up and buttoned them. They then slid a cigarette up each girl's ass crack, put the rest of the pack under the bus wheel and robbed the girls off all of their cash.

Gracie and Natalie got back on the bus and restarted time. Before the bus left, they watched the two girls try to pull their jeans up only to find them buttoned and zipped so they had to reach around and try to undo them while their naked butts were on display. The bus pulled off.

Natalie and Gracie looked behind them and watched the two flustered, panicking girls still trying to fix their jeans as the bus turned the corner and headed closer to the movie theater.
