Not quite! He has more up his sleeve!

Wolfram looked up in time to see All Might coming towards them, and without a second thought, reached for the briefcase. All Might smashed right through the helicopter, grabbing David as he went. The vehicle began to spin through the air, before crashing against the roof, going up in flames. "Papa!" Melissa shouted in relief, running to them.

"We... We did it," Izuku breathed, hardly daring to believe it. He exchanged a brief grin with Bakugo, before Bakugo realized what he was doing, and quickly scoffed and looked away. Izuku let out a weak chuckle. Same old Kaa-chan...

"Everything will be alright!" All Might told David, who was slumped from his guilt and his injuries.

"...Toshi... I'm sorry... This is all my fault..." David said quietly, getting a confused look from All Might. Before David or anyone else could clarify, a metal pillar sucker hit All Might from the direction of the wrecked helicopter. At the same time, metal cables from the electrical work in the tower wrapped around David and pulled him towards said wreckage, even as a large metal tower began to rise.

"Oh COME ON! HE'S STILL GOING!?" Bakugo demanded, getting ready to move and attack.

"I heard David and Sam... All Might is growing weaker, and doesn't have the same unstoppable might he once possessed!" Wolfram declared, partially encased in the tower as David was pulled inside of it... And on his head, was the device David had created.

As Melissa watched in horror, Izuku stood next to her, his eyes widening. "He's using the Professor's device!" he exclaimed.

Bakugo's eye twitched. "Yeah, no shit, Sherlock! And it's looking like he no longer needs to be in direct contact with metal to manipulate it with the fucking boost!" he snarled as All Might got up.

"You don't know when to give up, Villain!" he declared, charging forward, his left fist drawn back. "Texas Smash!" Before he could punch, and blast Wolfram with the shockwave, Wolfram smirked, and with a simple arm gesture, raised a metal wall, condensing it as he did.

If All Might hadn't been healed, and didn't have the full Quirk of One For All, he would have still have cratered the wall with his fist, but failed to breach it. With these changes, however, his arm went straight through through... And got stuck, the shockwave dying before reaching Wolfram's tower, the wall having dispersed a good amount of ****. Basically, All Might being stronger than he would have otherwise been kind of backfired on him in this instance. "What!?" All Might demanded, before trying to pull his arm out as Wolfram grinned maliciously, and clenched his fist, causing All Might to cry out as the metal tightened around his arm, trying to crush it.

Wolfram then gestured with his other arm to cause pillars to shoot out of the wall and slam into All Might's torso, and retract, before striking again as he was held in place, making the Symbol of Peace cough and grunt in pain, before with a highly motivated wrench, managed to rip his arm free, and dodge the next attempt to hit him.

"All Might/Uncle Might!" Izuku and Melissa shouted in concern.

"I'm fine!" All Might grunted, cursing slightly as he assessed the damage to his arm and torso. His torso was going to bruise for sure, but nothing too serious. His arm, on the other hand, he was sure had cracked the bone, if the pain and almost immediate swelling were any indication. He could still use it at least, but definitely not at full capacity.

"Shield's work lives up to the hype!" Wolfram cackled as more panels tore from the roof, and began forming giant metal cubes that floated in the air. "I can feel my Quirk surging in power! It feels great! I'm never taking this device off!" he laughed, his voice maniacal, as he was clearly high on the rush of power.
