“She looks good with that collar on, my little bitch! I should treat her like my dog during the meeting to show dominance.” One of the voices in Bianca’s head spoke up at that moment. At that, Bianca nodded her head. I guess she will have to humiliate at the meeting then.

I admit I wasn't as clear as I could have been about bodily changes. Basically, they take the place of the usual voiced suggestions. So instead of saying "Bianca: blah blah" instead it would be like "Bianca: grow a bigger ass". Since I was unclear I let the transformations through and rolled for them (with only one getting passed) but from now on this is how they will be accepted.
