"You've been such a good little girl that I think you just about earned your wand back," Gurga said.

Durra's eyes brightened and she started to stand up, but a quick smack to her bottom sent her back down.

"There's a 'but' I still need to get to," Gurga said, chuckling at her own joke. "I think we're going to have a lot of fun at school, so I do need you to make it through The Application. But," (with this she gave another smack to Durra's bottom,) "I want you to know who's the boss. Take off your panties, they're far to grow0up for you."

"No! Pl-" Durra was cut off with a another smack.

"Don't you ever say 'no' to me again. I'm being very nice to you. I'm doing you a great big favor by letting a little baby like you have her wand and go to The Application. So what should you be saying, little girl?"

Durra cast her eyes to the floor in shame. "My panties are much to grown-up for me ma'am. Please let me take them off."

"That's better. An you may take them off, but don't you dare stand up."

Still bending over, Durra slowly slipped her thumbs into the waistband of her panties and began to push them down. They slid down her sore bottom, revealing her reddened cheeks to Gurga. Durras panties fell to the floor and Durra softly kicked them off her feet. Gurga knelt down to pick them up.

"You were such a naughty girl for saying no to me. I think you know what you need to learn your lesson."

Durra squeezed her eyes shut, she just wanted this to be over. She took a breath. She just needed to suck it up, once she was at The Application everything would change.

"Please spank me for being such a bad girl," Durra said.

"Why, of course," Gurga said, and stuck Durra's bare bottom hard with her wand.

After a few strokes Gurga was satisfied. "Stand up!"

Durra, trying to contain her relief lest she upset Gurga, quickly stood up, allowing her skirt to fall back over her tender bottom.

"Here's you're stupid little toy," Gurga said handing Durra her wand.

Durra instantly snatched it and put it a pouch tied around her waist.

Gurga laughed. "Be careful, you wouldn't want to drop it. After all, the bus will be here any second now. Let's see, you still don't have any panties do you little girl? Now what can we do about that?"
