"Keep it cool, Cableman. Can't expect a girl to put out on a first date, right?"

You wish you weren't wearing a helmet right now: you'd love to see how she'd react to the smug grin on your face.

"So it's a date now?"

She lightly shoves her shoulder into your chest, which isn't much since she still needs to keep her actions discrete from the Titans, but the playful gesture isn't lost on you.

"We'll see how things go. First, I need to get out of this situation. If you're being honest about not calling me out, then I have a good chance."

Giving the closest thing to a nod as you can, she goes back to fully pretending to be **** just as the Titans finish up their deliberation. Robin leads the group, though Cyborg is almost right behind him.

Robin stops a foot or so in front of you. Despite attempting to portray himself professionally, his ire for you is rather obvious in his posture. When a minute or so passes and he makes no effort to communicate with you, Cyborg slaps the back of his head and gestures for him to start talking.

"After some...consideration, we-"

Cyborg's cough interrupts.

"I...decided that we shouldn't make a decision until we look into you more. If your history checks out, as well as we can expect based on your confessions, we will...revisit the issue. We'll find you when that happens. Just don't cause any trouble in the meantime," Robin warns.

You give a modest shrug of your shoulders.

"So what about the wonder trio? Think you got them under control, or should I help you out with this one" you gesture to the girl in your arms.

"Nah, it's cool. We'll take over from here," Cyborg replies arms open in invitation for you to place Jinx in. It's obvious to you that he finds her just as attractive as you do. As cool as he's been since the moment you met though, you can't help but feel a might bit possessive of the girl in your arm. Still, a little friendly competition never hurt anyone, and you'd like to think that its already taken you less than a day to get further with her than he has. So you gently pass her over to the metal man, though your fingers gently linger on her form longer than necessary. Jinx is the only one who can notice and appreciate the effect.

A quick look confirms that Beast Boy is carrying Mammoth in the form of an elephant, while Starfire carries the smallest of the bunch by the back of his jumpsuit. Beast Boy, Cyborg, and Starfire leave the area with a friendly departing message, while Raven gives you a brief, suspicious look. Robin keeps his eye on you for as long as possible before moving on.
