Lauren glanced around the auditorium with a smug look on her face

“...that you would manage to get such a simple question so wrong” Mr Stokes said coldly

Lauren’s jaw dropped as the classroom erupted into laughter

“This equation is high school level, I only put it up to see who in my class wasn’t paying attention” Mr Stokes said as Lauren hung her head in shame

“Who here knows the real answer to this equation?” Mr Stokes addressed the class

Then every single student there put there hand up

No way, everyone??? Lauren thought

“Deary me, you really don’t have much going for you do you Lauren?” Mr Stokes said as he looked her up and down

“Who would like to come up and show Lauren how it’s done?”

Again, every hand in the room went up
