Chapter 9 by JohnLocke4 JohnLocke4

What's happening with the Greenwall team?

Nonstop Flight

Nearly a month had come since Kenny had his team meet-up with everyone he wanted to bring to the Shrouded Veil event. A solid month for them to all get ready, test their brains, and prepare for the coming week. Kenny was hopeful; he felt ready; his bag was packed and all but waiting by the door when he left for school that morning, and on his way back, Nicole was already at his side, a bag slung over her shoulder. But unfortunately, besides the redhead, things weren't exactly smooth sailing when it came to the rest of his teammates.

The Clark residence had devolved into some severe chaos since he got back from school. Juliet and Quinn were rushing between her bedroom and the bathroom, doing last-second packing and some make-up touch-ups. Avery had shown up, but the teen had never heard of the term pack light. Kenny was pretty sure that Avery had just about everything but his bed in his four heavy suitcases that he was currently going through with him and trimming down to hopefully two. And worse yet, as they got closer and closer to their departure time, Mindy still had yet to arrive.

"Ave, this suitcase is half books; why are you bringing a damn library with you?" Kenny asked the geeky blonde teen, who merely let out a shrug,

"I don't know, I figured I'd get bored or something," Avery explained while Kenny skimmed through, grabbed a pair of thick books, and passed them over,

Avery nodded, "Two books, more than enough for a week trip. But, remember, this isn't a vacation; it's going to be a challenge. I don't expect we'll have a lot of downtime. I'll need you focused, okay, man?"

"Yes! Yes, I totally understand, Kenny. I'm not going to be distracted, I promise; I was just thinking more like...late afternoon reading, don't worry," Avery assured, and Kenny patted him on the shoulder, "Sorry...I guess...I'm not used to going on trips with friends like this,"

"No stress, man, I'm not used to this sort of thing either." Kenny empathized, "But that's going to be half the fun, right?" Avery hesitated for a moment but, after a bit of ****, gave an agreeing nod.

It was just then that Mindy finally showed up, letting herself inside and into the chaotic scene. The Asian girl saw the sprawl of open suitcases, could hear the panicked chatter between Juliet and Quinn, and finally, her eyes landed on Nicole. The latter was casually leaning against a half wall, watching the whole event. The redhead flashed Mindy a peace sign, and the Korean girl walked over, "Holy shit, and I thought I was in trouble for being a little late,"

"Yeah, welcome to the fun zone," Nicole crossed her arms, "To your left, you can find the over-packer, and to our right, you can see the last-second packers. Who would have thought I'd be the only one prepared." Nicole gave a quick peak at her phone and almost winced, "I hope we don't miss our flight..."

"I've never seen you like this before," Mindy noted, and Nicole gave a curious look, "I mean, like, you're so serious right now. You're always so laid back...you're really into this thing, aren't you?"

Nicole pressed her lips together and failed to fight off a genuinely embarrassed smirk, "I...used to have a huge thing for this before high school. Back before, I got the stick out of my ass. Me and my d --" Nicole started but the word caught in her throat. Mindy tilted her head as a wave of emotion washed over Nicole's face before she wiped it away with a smile, "I just was super into it, and I don't want to miss it on a technicality."

"And you won't," Kenny suddenly assured as he and Avery approached with now a single suitcase in his hand, "We're ready," The teen looked to Mindy and grinned, "Good to see you're fashionably late as always,"

"Just wanted to make you sweat a little. Did you start asking everyone what you were supposed to do without me?" Mindy teased, and Kenny gave her a playful nudge with his elbow, "Sure we're ready? Juliet and Quinn seem...occupied."

"We're fine; I got it," Kenny calmly assured. The teen took a half-step away from the group and called out, "Look, we're ready, and it's getting late. We can't wait on you two anymore, sorry!"

"No!" Juliet and Quinn cried out in unison. Moments later, a stampede of stomping feet came down the hallway, and Juliet and Quinn rushed into the living room, half zipped up bags in hand, "We're ready, we're ready!" Juliet exclaimed,

"You weren't really going to leave us, were you?" Quinn lowly pouted,

Kenny chuckled, "Of course not; I just needed you two to get a move on." Then, with a clap of his hands, Kenny turned his attention to the entire group, "Okay, so Mindy and Avery, you two are riding with me in my car; Quinn and Nikki, you are with Juliet. Let's get going so we aren't late," Grabbing their bags, the group made their way to the door, but upon opening it, they were greeted by a young, slim Latina about to knock. "Whoa!" Kenny exclaimed as both he and the woman jumped.

"I'm so sorry!" She held up her hand while also cupping one over her chest, "Bad timing there, I was -- Geez, that really got me," She breathed out a half-laugh,

"Who the fuck are you?" Juliet asked as she looked the brunette up and down, "I've never seen you with my aunt and uncle before."

"Oh, I'm not a friend of the family, I'm --" She began to explain,

"She's Jessica Galloway," Nicole finished for her, taking everyone by surprise,

"I prefer Jess...Have we met before?" Jessica asked back,

"No, but I've followed the Shrouded Veil events for years; I know you won the event for our town nine years ago." Nicole glanced at the others, who stared at her in surprise, "What? It was in the papers and shit. Educate yourselves."

Jessica let out a hearty laugh, "Well, she's right. Almost a decade ago, I was in your exact position. Since then, I have taken time out every three years to help with the event setup. I was there at the last event, too, the Greenwall team got close, but I'm sure you guys can win it this year!"

"We'll try...." Quinn continued to stare at the woman with a raised brow, "Why are you here, though? To give us a pep talk?"

"Not exactly," Jessica reached into her shirt pocket and produced a license and a letter marked by Shrouded Veil's emblem, "As I said, I work for them, and I always try to give a little hand to my fellow townmates. So I'm here to fly you guys in...private jet," Jessica gave her eyebrows a few quick bumps. "It's all set at the private airport just outside town, and we'll get there in half the time. I'll shuttle us in from there."

Kenny took the letter from Jessica's hand, read it over, and gave a nod, "Looks legit, and she's fully licensed as a pilot; I don't see a reason we shouldn't go," He murmured out to the others, one by one, they gave the nod, "Okay, Jess, I guess we'll be following you?"

"Excellent, Mister Clark, mine is that black jeep right there," Jessica pointed up the street, "I'll wait for you all to load up and then bring you right over." With a respectful nod, Jessica turned and headed down the porch.

Nicole blew out a scoffing laugh, "Shit, talk about service."

A few hours later, the group was strapped into large comfortable leather seats inside a cozy private jet, high in the sky, heading to a small airport close to Wicket Valley. With the chairs positioned to have two facing two, the groups split between Kenny, Mindy, and Nicole in a set of seats to the left, while Avery, Juliet, and Quinn were across on the right. The flight was cozy but planned to be relatively short overall.

Avery sat near the window, absently staring out at the clouded skyline. "Hey, you okay? Homesick?" Quinn gave Avery a light tap with her foot,

The teen shook out of his trance, glanced back to the gorgeous redhead, and smiled warmly. Typically Avery was a hot mess when talking to any girl, let alone someone like Quinn, but they had been friends since middle school, thanks to her twin, Will. "No, not really; I'm just nervous about heights. Like, I know we're in a plane, but I keep thinking about how high up we are. I guess that's odd, huh, not to fear flying but the height?" Avery thought aloud, "Sorry, I got lost there. I'm good, thanks....are you okay?" Quinn's face flickered with melancholy, "Homesick?"

"Sorta..." Quinn admitted, and in an instant, Avery watched as Juliet's arm wrapped around Quinn's shoulders,

"Hey, it's okay; this is a fun thing, remember? Remember how happy we were for this?" Juliet suggested, glancing over to Avery expectantly,

The blonde fixed his glasses and quickly leaned forward, "Y-Yeah! It's um...this is really cool, right? A lot of fun!"

"I know; I really am still happy about it. I just --" Quinn sighed, her cheeks blushing, "I feel so stupid, but I actually miss Will, you know? He's a pain in the ass, but he's always with me. Bella, too, I've never gone far without either of them and now I'm flying away without either. It's making me feel weird...ugh, this is stupid. I'd definitely trade this for some fear of heights."

"Can you please stop talking about high up we are!" Mindy suddenly exclaimed from across the aisle. The group turned their attention to the tomboy, who was all but curled up in her aisle seat, her white-knuckled hands clutched around Kenny's arm. "I'm sorry, but unlike Avery, I have a very real fear of flying, so, please. Please. Don't remind me where I am,"

"Oh, sorry, Mindy!" Quinn quickly called back,

"I-It's okay," Mindy swallowed hard and pressed her head against Kenny's shoulder, "I fucking hate this."

"It's gonna be alright; remember, it's a shorter flight than our original one." Kenny softly reminded the girl, "We're going to be just fine."

Just then, the intercom bell dinged, and Jessica's voice came out from the speakers, "Okay, Wolf Pack! We have hit the cruising altitude, so feel free to get up, help yourself to a drink or use the restroom. We will be descending in one hour!"

Mindy breathed a breath of relief, and Kenny gave her a comforting pat, "See? Already cruising. Why don't you go grab a drink? Just like water or something?"

"I...don't know..." Mindy winced back,

Juliet unbuckled herself and walked over to the girl, "It's okay, I'm thirsty too; I'll go with you," Mindy gave the brunette a meek smile and, with shaking hands, unbuckled herself and got up, moving towards the back of the plane where a small counter and mini-fridge were found.

"Cool, and in the meantime, you two," Nicole gave her fingers a few quick snaps at Avery and Quinn, "Over here, we need to talk a little strategy."

"Oh, uh, we do?" Kenny raised a brow, and Nicole gave him a side eye, "I mean, yeah, we do." He cleared his throat and motioned for Quinn and Avery as well.

The two got up, though Quinn moved just a touch faster than Avery and headed right for the open seat next to Kenny. Whether she was allowed to have feelings for him or not, she wouldn't miss a readily justifiable reason to sit next to him. However, just as Quinn was sliding into her new seat, the plane shook, and Quinn let out a yelp as she tumbled forward, barely catching herself from falling.

"Shit!" Mindy immediately screamed out, diving into the nearest seat, "Okay, fuck this, fuck this," Mindy hissed as Juliet softly hushed her,

"It's just a little turbulence; we're okay," Juliet eased down into a seat next to the terrified girl,

"Seriously, Mindy, don't worry; we're way safer on this thing than in a car. Cars crash much more often than planes!" Avery thoughtfully added before letting out a low murmuring hum, "Well, I suppose technically plane crashes are much more fatal..."

"Ave!" All the group exclaimed at once, swiftly shutting him up.

"Time and place, dude, damn," Kenny shook his head, and Quinn softly giggled, glancing over at him,

"He's always something," Kenny grinned in agreement, and that's when he felt his eyes tracing down Quinn's figure as she stood up straight and turned to get back over to her seat. Then, another jolt of turbulence, this time sending Quinn right down into Kenny's lap. Quinn yelped; Kenny instinctively grabbed hold of her waist, steadying her on his lap until the plane was settled again. "Sorry! Sorry Kenny! I didn't hurt you or anything, did I?" Quinn glanced back, and Kenny felt his cheeks turn flush.

The positioning, how he had his hands on her, and that mesmerizing set of mismatched eyes had him thinking of only one thing, and that was Quinn now riding him in this seat. Thankfully, due to his few times with Nicole, Kenny had enough control of himself to no longer utterly freeze up, just mostly. "N-No, you're all good, Quinn," Kenny reassured as calmly and coolly as he could, but the hardening in his pants was starting to make him panic, "Total accident, I understand,"

Quinn returned with a warm smile, but her lips just barely parted as she finally felt the sensation of a stiffness nuzzling into her ass. "Oh..." Kenny stiffened in his chair, "Ken..."

"Yeah?" Kenny quickly replied,

Quinn opened her mouth to speak, but her words caught, and after a few rapid blinks, she spoke with a near cracking, "T-Thanks for catching, quick thinking, you probably saved me from getting hurt,"

"Oh, no problem," Kenny was both relieved and disappointed by that being Quinn's only response,

"And are you finally going to get off him?" Nicole finally butted in, ripping both teens out of their personal moment. With blushing cheeks, Quinn jumped right off Kenny's lap and got into the seat to his left while Kenny sat up, giving himself a slight hunch to hide the large lump in his pants. "Great, now that we settled that, let's talk business. We need a game plan, these events go a lot of different ways, and a few times, teams are split up, so we might not have everyone here together at the same time."

"I think we all work pretty well together, right?" Avery looked between the others, "I mean, we are all friends; I can talk to you guys...mostly,"

"Yeah, that's fine and all, but we need to keep in mind that we also have competitors Ave. If we're split up, we can't let people get into our heads, and that goes double for you," Nicole pointed to Kenny, "As the team leader, you'd be a target for all kinds of mind games,"

"I would?" Kenny arched his brow, "What do you think I'm gonna do? Sell you out?"

"No, but let's be honest here, boys, sometimes with a little persuasion and a...physical trade...secrets could slip out to any new pretty girl,"

"Nicole, I'm sorry, but what is the actual point here?" Quinn spoke up, and with a desirous stare, Kenny's attention was all on the redhead again, "Are we trying to strategize, or are you just telling Kenny and Avery not to get too buddy, buddy with other girls there?"

"That's only half; the other half is about us girls. We should expect the same from any guys there that might be trying to distract us too. In our case, though, it's very easy to flip that table and have them talking by the end instead of us." Nicole smirked, "That is strategy, Quinn. Some guys can be so easily distracted, and those ones are the ones who shouldn't even be at these events. Anyone not fully committed to this shouldn't be here,"

"Geez, Nikki, that's pretty intense," Avery slumped, "Are you normally so serious?"

"Rarely, sweetie, but this is a different matter." Nicole nonchalantly replied, "If we keep our team focused on the event, bat our lashes at some of the other boys when needed, and you two brainiacs keep those big sexy minds on the problem solving, we're golden. Right, Ken?" Nicole turned away from Avery, back to Kenny, who was blankly continuing to stare at Quinn, "Clark!"

"Huh?! Oh, right! I mean, uh...I don't know, Nikki," Kenny stumbled as he lowered his head, "That seems kinda...mean? I don't know if I like that idea of you girls trying to trick guys or whatever for an edge. That's a little messed up,"

Nicole sighed and gave her eyes a toss, "You barely heard me," Nicole muttered under her breath, "I never said trick guys for no reason; I said turn the tables if they try it on us." Nicole corrected,

"Oh...yeah, okay, that makes sense," Nicole let out a small hum, and Kenny pursed his lips, feeling ever so slightly awkward from her constant gaze, as well as the continuing temptation to gawk at Quinn. He needed a break, "I'm gonna go...use the restroom, be right back,"

As Kenny shuffled out of the seating and quickly strode to the bathroom, Nicole sat back in her chair, staring at the teen, her fingers rhythmically tapping on the armrest. Before Avery or Quinn could even attempt to break some of the tension, Nicole swiftly got up, "Be right back, bathroom too." She muttered out in a halfhearted lie as she very obviously made her way right to the same bathroom Kenny entered.

Nicole opened the door, and Kenny quickly spun around from the sink. "Whoa, hey, occupied!" Kenny exclaimed as Nicole squeezed inside the restroom. It was bigger than standard plane bathrooms, but not by too much, just enough for a half sink and a toilet. Nicole kicked the door shut behind her with a little grunt while her blue eyes stayed hard on Kenny's, "Nikki, chill, I know you think I'm not taking this seriously, but I promise I --" Kenny immediately began to defend only for Nicole to abruptly grab his head and yank him in for a deep, tongue-filled kiss.

Kenny let out a surprised hum, but his resistance waned in seconds; instead, he embraced the redhead with glee, returning the kiss in full. Nicole broke off after a long few seconds, "I know you're going to take this seriously, but you're being too easily distracted. You let me throw you off out there with just some glares, and you were just about drooling over Quinn. We need you to be the leader, not Kenny. You need to be in control of yourself, and you need to have some confidence, Clark."

Kenny started to reply but stopped, instead letting out a groan, "Okay...maybe you have a point; I'm not exactly doing great with this leader thing so far, am I?"

"You're not doing bad, you're maybe a little too laid-back, but we all still like you," Nicole teased with a little grin, "You just need to trust yourself and actually give some direction. Give us some plans later; try and come up with a game plan, anything that you think can help us do this." Kenny wet his lips and started to slowly nod,

"I can do that...I hope," Nicole gave a little giggle,

"I can help if you need it," Nicole's hand suddenly pushed into Kenny's pants, grabbing hold of his hardened cock, and Kenny let out a surprised gasp, "In more ways than one. Think of me as your...council," With a little pull, Nicole backed up, pulling Kenny along until she was sitting on the toilet. With a flick of his belt buckle and a tug, Kenny's pants were around his knees, and his cock stuck straight out at Nicole's face, "And as your council, the first thing I think you need to be done is to blow a load, so you're not only drooling over Quinn for the rest of this flight."

"Wait, what are you --" Kenny nearly let out a gasp but held back, merely letting out a pleased exhale through his nose, "F-Fuck," He whispered out as Nicole adjusted herself so she was leaning further forward, her head lightly bouncing her head up and down on his shaft. Kenny's entire body melted as he felt Nicole's tongue press against the base of his shaft, prodding and massaging as she worked up and down. Kenny steadied himself, holding onto either wall, letting out soft pants while Nicole let her tongue swirl around his head before planting a wet, sucking kiss.

Nicole lifted her baby-blue eyes and looked up at Kenny, watching him with self-satisfaction as she continued to work his rod. With a pop, Nicole pulled off and gave some steady pumps with her hand. "How's that feel, Ken? A little less distracted now?" Nicole flicked her hair out of her face and grinned, "Does my mouth work to refocus you?" Kenny weakly moaned out, and his head fell back as Nicole took him into her experienced mouth.

"Oh God, Nikki...wow...your mouth feels....oh my fucking God..." Kenny lowly droned. His cock slid deep into the back of her mouth, teasing the entrance of her throat while her right hand cupped his tightening sack in a lovingly firm hold. Without a second to waste, Nicole began to bounce up and down at speed, squeezing his sack and sucking Kenny's cock in tandem, "Holy f-fuck....Nikki, I'm gonna -- Oh fuck --" Kenny's eyes nearly crossed as he instinctively reached down and planted a hand on Nicole's head. With just a tight grip on her hair, Kenny's hip thrust forward a few quick times, and then a torrent of white spunk spilled over Nicole's lapping tongue.

Nicole's eyes widened at Kenny's orgasm, but she dutifully continued to suck him at a now slower, milking pace. With smooth gulps, Nicole easily downed Kenny's spunk while her hand gently squeezed with each spurt until completion. Kenny let out panting sighs as Nicole worked him for a long extra minute before finally popping off his length. Kenny doubled over, gasping while trying to stop the world from spinning, and Nicole let out a small half giggle, "How was that, Ken?"

"A-Amazing...I still don't know why you're doing all this for me, but I loved it," Kenny wiped his brow,

"I'm not doing this for you; I'm getting my share out of this too. You got me a ticket to this event; that alone earned you more than a few blowjobs," Nicole leaned forward and gave Kenny's cock a final kiss, "And more importantly, I need you for this event. I know how smart you are, and if I have to swallow everything you have so you don't get used by some random chick there, I am so ready for it," Kenny weakly smiled and pulled up his pants, "Oh, and not to forget, you've got a hell of a nice cock," Nicole winked as she got up, slid past Kenny, and exited the bathroom, letting him collect himself in peace.

Another few hours passed until Kenny, and his group landed on their private airstrip. True to Jessica's world, they were swiftly unloaded and brought right over to a shuttle van which Jessica took the wheel for. From there, they drove for another hour through a mostly rural area, seeing not much more than trees and mountains, which for the group was nothing if not comforting from a home standpoint. Eventually, however, they passed through a small, almost stuck-in-time town that, according to more than a few signs, was Drygully. Kenny was surprised; he always thought Greenwall was a small town, but if he had blinked, he might have missed Drygully completely, as Jessica had only gone a minute or two, and they were back on their quiet road of trees.

Finally, as they began to drive down a valley between two of the taller mountains, Jessica spoke up, "Okay, we're almost there; I'm going to take you kids down to your cabin first; you have some...staff that would like to talk to you before you get all settled and do any touring of the area."

"Oh, okay, that's cool," Kenny replied before glancing at Mindy, "Should we be worried? That feels ominous,"

"I don't know, but the further we go in this van, the more I worry if were actually being kidnapped and just don't know it," Mindy whispered back.

The van continued to descend down the road, the mountains getting taller, and an eery fog seemed to surround them all, and then all at once, it gave way to nothing but open land and clear skies. The teens all had their heads on a swivel as they looked around at the valley; the valley was full of life, trees stretched across the entire thing, a large lake was out in the distance, and with some squinting, they could even make the rooftops of some further outbuildings, "Holy crap, I didn't expect this," Avery awed,

"Me either! This place is amazing!" Juliet exclaimed with an ear-to-ear smile.

Another twenty minutes passed as Jessica drove them through the valley, going a touch slower, allowing the teens to admire the area as they drove through it, and finally, they passed by a sign reading, Camp Wee Wicket. "Alright, here we are; this is where all contestants will be saying, you guys have that cabin right over there." Jessica pointed as she circled the camp and pulled alongside an old but still well-kept cabin.

Normally Kenny would have been curious, Juliet maybe even a bit disconcerted with staying in an old cabin, but neither Clark could say a word as they spotted the three staff members standing in front of their cabin. To the left was Kailyn Jackson, JJ's older sister, a beautiful ebony beauty. On the right was Rachel White, Kenny's lifetime crush, a bombshell of a blonde with a personality to die for, and in the center was Sydney Clark, Kenny's older sister, who he and Juliet hadn't seen in well over six months. Jessica stopped the van, and with a wide smile, Sydney moved to the van and pulled open the door, looking in and eyeing her younger brother and cousin, "Well, well, look who we have here..."

"Syd!" Kenny and Juliet exclaimed in unison, jumping out of the van and pulling the girl into a tight, three-way hug.
