Nobody answers

You thought the door was opening but it was just a stiff breeze rattling the door. You wait another couple of minutes and still no one comes to the door. Tired of waiting you have a decision to make. You do know where the family keeps their spare house key hidden in case they get locked out so you could slip in and check on them, or you could just leave and do some other errands.
