There was a relieved sigh from the three men behind her.

“Fine.” The Black Lyncher shrugged, “Suit yourself. Come on boys! There’s always next week!”

As the Black Lynchers rode off, another audience of cheers hit Lisa as now the men from the saloons poured out, congratulating her on her performance.

“That was great!”

“We should make her sheriff round here!”

“Great shooting!”

“Thanks.” Lisa said, “Someone mind helping me with my hand?”

Many of the men rushed forward to help her, and soon Lisa found herself being carried back into the saloon, now a hero.
