"Okay, the bracelet has been removed," said Dr. Scully. "Now what?"

"I'm not sure," said Buffy. "I was sure I'd feel something. But I don't."

"Well, I could have told that," said Dr. Scully. "That's exactly what happened the last time I removed it."

"But it had to be something on my person that is keeping me like this," said Buffy. "And if it was not the bracelet and if it was not my clothes and if it was not anything el -- Could it be a body piercing? No, I'd feel that. A tooth filling? A tattoo? No, I don't see a tattoo anywhere on my body... Unless..."

Buffy blushed at the thought of asking the question but asked it nonetheless. "There's a tattoo on my back, isn't there?"she asked.

The good doctor just smiled. "No, actually, there isn't."

"Oh, good. The --"

"There's two," said Dr. Scully.
