"Aw, that's too bad, would have been fun with my BFF, I gotta get going, mom and dad are having date night and I need to babysit my little sister until they get back" said Ashley, before heading off.

Jason turned around to see Kaitlyn Tate, the Mayor's daughter.

"Aw, is someone upset because her boyfriend doesn't like her anymore" said Kaitlyn

When Maria returned home, her mother, Jia, was watching TV.

"Hey Maria, how was school?" asked Jia.

"Horrible, just like every other day of my miserable life" said Maria

"I got an F on my history paper because it wasn't what the teacher wanted, after school, Nathaniel broke up with me because he had been sleeping with Kaitlyn Tate, and to top it off, Kaitlyn herself reminded me that I am the town's biggest outcast all because I'm a bastard child, AGAIN!" screamed Maria

"Maria, don't worry, things will get better" said Jia

Maria went upstairs to get started on her homework a couple hours later, she received a text from Ashley.
