Despite the hopelessness of her situation, Ultra Vixen just kept fighting. She wasn't going to go out without a fight. But then, she caught a break. As the water started to rise up to her legs, she suddenly felt some give hin her bonds down there. As the water continuted up to her waste, she found that she could easily pull her legs apart. "You have to be kidding me. The water makes the skin weak? For an evil genius, that guy sure is dumb."

After pulling her legs free, Ultra Vixen had more leverage to fight her bonds. Pulling with everything she had, she finally felt all the snake skin holding her to the grating start to snap. With a tremendous effort, she was able to pull her self completely free and fall head first into the water......which she soon realized was sweage. At least falling into the water loosed up what was left of her bonds, allowing her to free herself completely. Coming up out of the water, Ultra Vixen had a look of disgust on her face. "I am going to kill that guy."

Ultra Vixen made her way out of drain off tunnel and found herself in a place she didn't recognize. Well.....of course she didn't recognize where she was. It wasn't like she spent time in the sewers. She looked around the various tunnels trying to find any trace of where Kobra had gone to but after awhile, she realized that she wasn't going to find him. She assumed that he had set up his hideout in a subway station based on that test chamber she had been placed in but she couldn't find any subway stations. Exiting the swears, she found that she was in the industrial stiation of the city and though she found plenty of subway entrances, they where all still working. The trail was cold.

Ultra Vixen punched a brickwall in frustration, which of course gave way under her fist. Reflecting on the nights events, she had managed to best her first supervillain in battle only to be captured, was nearly turned into a lab rat before being left in a run off tunnel to drown in sewage. THe heroine sighed in frustration. "Well, at least I destoryed that recombinator thing. He said it would be a few months before he could make another one. I'm sure I'll get another shot at that creep. I'd say it's time to head home." Looking down at her costume, she found that the colors had been dulled and the white parts of the suit had become a nasty brown. "I need a new sight.....and a bath."
