Can Adora Convince Catra to Help?
No
Adora tried to explain to Catra that Thaymor was not the rebel fortress they were lead to believe but Catra wasn't convinced. Besides, her only concern was getting Adora back to Shadow Weaver. Adora refused to go back while the town was in peril. Hordak and Shadow Weaver lied and manipulated them. Surely that would be enough to sway Catra.
"Duh! Did ya just figure that out? Manipulation is Shadow Weaver's whole thing," Catra reminded. "She's been messing with our heads since we were kids."
"How could you possibly be okay with that?" If Adora had known the truth all along, she would have run away from the Fright Zone with Catra years ago.
"Because it doesn't matter what they do. The two of us look out for each other," she rationalized as if that justified everything. "And soon we'll be calling the shots. Now, can we go home already?"
"I'm not going home, Catra. I can't. Not after everything I've seen." The world was far bigger and better than Adora realized and she was not about to let the Horde reduce it to rubble. She also wasn't about to leave her closest friend behind either. She took Catra's hand and said, "Come with me. You don't have to go back there. We can fix this."
"Are you kidding? You've known these people for, what, a couple of hours? And now you're just gonna throw everything away for them? Ugh. What happened to you?"
Out loud, it did sound insane. Almost as insane as a princess saving her from a crumbling temple but it happened and Adora was not going to walk away from all this. " I don't know. But I have to do something. I'm sorry, Catra."
If she couldn't talk the Horde into ending this invasion, her only option left was to fight. The odds were against her but she'd rather go down fighting than serve the Horde for one more minute. Before Adora could deck the nearest Horde soldier, a stinging surge of electricity coursed through her body. She collapsed on the ground and Catra stood over her, clutching a taser.
"Oh, man. That was a lot stronger than I thought," realized Catra. "Are you okay?"
Adora groaned and propped herself up. Taking note of the extra weight in her stomach before she growled, "Catra-"
Catra yelped a zapped Adora again. "I'm sorry! It was a reflex."
"Why are you doing this?"
"Because you left me! And if I don't bring you back, Shadow Weaver’s gonna have my head. So, enough with your weird little identity crisis and let's go home already." The desperation in Catra's voice was apparent and only made Adora's decision to deny her hurt worse than the weapon being pointed at her. "Or do I need to zap you again?"
Adora didn't get a chance to even consider the ultimatum. At that moment, a puff of glitter smacked Catra in the face and blinded her. While she rubbed the sparkles out of her eyes, Bow and Glimmer arrived riding on horseback. With the former aiming his namesake at Catra and firing an arrow that released a net ensnaring the feline. Catra fell to the ground and struggled to break free. Glimmer jumped down and crouched to help Adora up. The former Horde soldier couldn't have been happier to see the chubby princess again. Before either could get on their feet, Catra aimed her shocker at them. Adora was petrified seeing her dearest friend turning a weapon on her but Glimmer teleported them before they got hit.
The two reappeared behind a set of boulders underneath a set of tree roots with Glimmer on top of Adora. It wouldn't be the first time Adora has been pinned but Glimmer was a lot heavier than Catra and their bulging bellies were inches from brushing one another. There was also Glimmer's breasts. Her palm-filling breasts. They were too close to comfort for Adora. They both stood up but Glimmer stumbled and Adora had to catch her. Adora's first thought was to put Glimmer somewhere safe but the best she could do was prop her against a large rock. "Glimmer? What are you doing? Why did you save me?"
"We need you," The exasperated princess admitted. "We need She-ra. I should've given this back to you in the ruin." Glimmer withdrew the sword on her and held it out to Adora. Glimmer went on about how she should've given the sword earlier and teared up over nearly getting them killed but Adora wasn't listening. She was transfixed on the sword being offered and what Glimmer was asking of her. To become that obese warrior once more in front of the Horde.
Adora was sure she would die of embarrassment if she went into battle belting out gas with a cock dangling freely. But then again, maybe that would be a suitable punishment for all those years of serving the Horde. Plus it did possess the kind of power that could send the invaders running. But she was hardly worthy of wielding it. If anything, Glimmer was far more worthy. Speaking of, Glimmer was beating herself up over being so stubborn earlier and calling herself an idiot. "You're not. I'm the Horde soldier. How do you know you can trust me now?"
"I don't... but I hope I can," admitted Glimmer. "I feel like maybe you're here to help us."
As ridiculous as that sounded, Adora shared that sentiment. Almost as if her entire life had been leading up to this moment. Maybe she was meant to take up the sword and right the wrongs committed by the Horde. Even if it meant doing so in a grotesque form. A shadow cast over Adora as one of the robots skittered overhead on the tree roots and then jumped down to the ground floor. The robot swiveled to face them and Adora held her hand over the sword's hilt. Wrestling with her indecisiveness over whether she was worthy or not and if she wanted to get fat or not. Ultimately, it didn't matter. what mattered was saving these people.
Like it or not, She-ra could save them.
Adora raised her sword aloft and proclaimed, "By the power of Grayskull!" In a flash, she swelled up like a balloon and her outfit changed. Brandishing her sword, she effortlessly sliced the charging robot in two. There was no doubt in Adora's mind anymore. She-ra was going to be the key to stopping the Horde. Adora helped a starstruck Glimmer off the ground and took a deep breath. She swallowed her pride, ignored the gas brewing in her belly and the cock dangling between her legs, and steeled herself for battle.
How does the battle go?

Slob-ra and the Princesses of Power
What if She-ra was a BBW instead of buff?
In one universe, She-ra is the alter-ego of Adora, a former Horde soldier who defected from the Horde to join the Rebellion. She learned the truth after finding a mystical sword that allowed her to transform into a tall, muscular warrior with great powers. Adora would go on to befriend Glimmer, Bow, and a slew of other princesses as she fought against Hordak's forces, her cruel caregiver Shadow Weaver, and her former childhod friend, Catra. But what if becoming She-ra came with a cost? What if whenever Adora transformed into She-ra, she would spontaneously gain three hundred pounds, get incredibly gassy, and sprout a set of cock and balls? I don't know but it's bound to deviate from that other time line.
