No idea on who or how, but the what is a Sith Artifact!

Darth Lecherous.

He wasn't a well known Sith, having had a more... normal Sith Name, but he had made a mark upon the galaxy one time long ago.

He was a Sith that embraced the Dark Side and used to fuel him, but he found another use and found it was most beneficial to him.

He was of a species that delighted and lived in lust and desire, but he was unique among his kind.

He found ways of using his desire, lust, and sexual pleasure to fuel himself in the Dark Side and then use those same things to infect and corrupt others to his whims and pleasures.

He even perfected it to work on Jedi, who had no defense against sexual pleasure to begin with, by making it infect their powers of the Force thereby making it so the more powerful in the Force you were, the easier you were to succumb and corrupt.

He had fucked hundreds of females across the galaxy, twisting and turning them into his slaves and playthings while simultaneously enhancing himself through those connections.

It was no wonder why his flagship was filled with nothing but female crew members or that any female he faced became his prisoner and slave soon after.

He never shared his secrets with the other Sith as they were too entranced by power alone than to delight in pleasure and desire and lust for anything other than power.

So he used his great power to condense his powers, essence, and knowledge into an artifact.

Not a holocron, oh no.

This was a unique artifact even among Sith relics and would only go to one who was open to the pleasures of the flesh and had the potential to harness all he had to teach.

It has sat for centuries if not millennia.

Waiting for someone to come and take up the mantle and power of Darth Lecherous and grow their power through the females of the universe waiting to be taken.
