You give way inch by excruciating inch, step by staggered step, until finally the test of strength against Dinah ends the same way so many others have: with you on your knees, overpowered and defeated.

“I’ve gotta give it to ya,” she admits. “That was actually pretty impressive. Not many people can last that long against me.”

The only response you can muster is an exhausted noise halfway between a groan and a whimper.
