It looks like an easy decision, twenty seven new warriors will benefit the tribe but that may bring conflict with the orcish tribe sooner and Amazons are **** enough to agree on more severe conditions, you don't mind getting several human wifes for yourself and many for your generals. Probably you can push such severe conditions but the last time when you demanded too much you lost a chance to get a valuable ally
