“This is where characters get completely reset and stored til they get shipped and over there is where the girls are getting some modifications,” You say as you point to a section that makes about a quarter of the room. The lab you walk into was a subsection of the lab the facility uses to reset characters back to when they were first picked up before they are picked up by an Integration team to be placed back.

“Stay away from the double while lines, that's the output of completely reset characters,” You guide Starfire around those lines to where the employees are operating. Security has gotten better but sometimes characters wake up before getting in stasis and cause problems if they break out.

“We still have some time if you want to watch the reset process.”

“I am a little curious.” You two spend time watching various characters, mostly no-name or obscure ones, walk nervously into various tubes while workers and worker-characters sort them into lines and operate the machines. The tube restrains and strips them before a nanobot/nanite injection removes all mods. You watch the moans and cries of the characters as they pull against the restraints; Starfire fidgets at the slight and rubs her legs together. The tube auto-cleans after the character cries out and releases all over the tube’s floor; the process to remove mods is a very stimulating process that usually ends with them **** and **** are used on whoever stays awake to knock them out for the next part.

“We should look away for this part.”

“Why? Is it bad?”

“It's a bit disturbing,” You then look away as some of them go through some time manipulation either via magic or technology depending on the tech and magic levels of their home universe (to restore them in a manner that cannot be detected there). You wince at the sounds you hear from this stage and out of the corner of your eye you see Starfire flinch and hold her stomach.

“That wasn’t nice.” You helped Starfire to a trash can.

“First time?” An employee commented. You glare at them, shutting them up. Starfire is better in time to see the final memory erasure applied before the tube opens and a worker moves the character into a stasis pod.

“Come, the modification lab is over here,” You finish the journey over to the modification section where your new characters are stripping off their outfits and placing them in a cubby by an examination bed. You watch with delight as their naked forms get strapped down to the beds with their hands secured above them and their legs spread eagle. This emphasizes their sizable breasts that jiggle with each breath.

“They are beautiful,” Starfire slid her eyes over their exposed forms.

“This will only sting for a minute,” you hear one of the doctors say to Laura before she is injected with a serum. She grits her teeth and strains in pain sending her tits in a beautiful dance before two metal claws shoot out from each of her hands and one from each of her feet. Her hair also returned to its original length. She is left there to recover while you shift your attention over to Erza and Shampoo.

“Erza and Shampoo are going to be catgirls like you.” She hums in reply as looks closely at what happens to them.

“Hold your breaths,” the technician orders as he turns two mechanical arms on. The arms move the beds’ slabs and flips the restrained Erza and Shampoo into tubs of water. Water from the Cursed Pools of Jusenkyo, which inflicts curses on those who fall in to take the appearance or template of the first person to fall in, were used as a more natural version of mods when paired with a magic locking for the transformation aspect.

In this case, Erza was dipped into water from the Pool of Drowned Catgirl while Shampoo who can already turn into a cat (though it was locked previously) was dipped into water from the Pool of Drowned Girl to merge her curse. Erza came out with white ears and tail while Shampoo came out with purple ears and tail. You smile at the cute ear wiggles their ears make and the tail twitches as they get used to the new sensations. Starfire coos at the sight, “They are adorable, like freshly hatched shengorfs.”

The technicians finish up their processes including adding the mental changes, updating chips and healing some muscle atrophy and brands. Soon they were redressed and you let Starfire introduce herself after you greeted the girls before you went to talk to Dr. Webster the overseer of the modification lab.

“Your work is looking great Dr,” You comment at the young prime worlder woman who was documenting the operations.

“Thank you James, I do my best.” She doesn’t look up from the report. “Geoff said something about an ownership chip?”

“Yeah, can you fix Starfire’s ownership chip? Some assholes corrupted it.”

“Just give a minute,” She picks up a device and walks over to Starfire who was flying between your characters hugging them though from the scratch on her side it looks like Laura didn’t like that nor did Gogo. Dr.Webster jabs Starfire in the small of her back with the device; Starfire gasps in surprise and quickly floats away rubbing the spot. The device the doctor used beeps, “There the ownership chip is fixed.”

“Thank you.” You reply

“You could have warned me,” Starfire pouted and some of the girls spoke their agreement but Dr. Webster ignored them.

“Do you want them shipped to your house or are you taking them yourself?” You think for a minute before deciding…
