Rob is about to hit enter, but then hesitates.
He turns to Aileen. „Hold on. I have literally no idea how this works on a big scale. I have made a few stupid rules that only affect you. I could fuck up real bad if I make a mistake with something as big as world hunger. No take backsies, right?“

Aileen smiles proudly and nods. „You're right. You're doing better than I thought already. I'd say you should probably go outside and test me out a bit. See how people react. See how the world adapts to the rules. Make the sky green or something.“

Rob nods along but then looks up. „Wait, that's possible? The sky thing? Nevermind, it doesn't even matter. You're right. I need to test the waters. Any pointers?“

Aileen shrugs and says: „Dude, I have told you everything there is to know about the rules. Go ham, you got the phone, not me.“

Rob looks at her, wanting to be annoyed at her, but she's right. There's no point to asking the same questions over and over again. He jumps up and says: „Alright, I'll go do some tests. You stay here and... don't do anything weird!“

With that, he storms outside, leaving the half naked program-turned-woman in his appartement.

Rob runs to the park that's close to his apartment on foot. It's a rather sunny day, so a lot of people are out and about. As he walks along the various pathways through this public space he almost feels like he's brought back down to earth after some weird day dream experience. All the people around him are normal. They are going about their day, enjoying their time in the sun. It feels grounding to Rob, but it also makes him realize that the weird woman in his apartment could actually be real. Probably.

He sits on a bench at the edge of the park where he has a great overview of the whole space. He takes out his phone, which now only has the app and Aileen on it. It's only now that he realizes this. He'll need to get a new phone it seems. Sighing, he pulls up Aileen's interface.

Rob: At the park now. Don't know where to start. Any ideas?

A.I.: idk man, you keep asking that. lol

Rob huffs in annoyance, but before he can put his phone away, another message follows.

A.I.: how about you start very, very small? something you'd notice immediately, but won't have far reaching consequences? look around and pick something, you'll be alright..

Rob thinks about that. He wants to stay far away from any natural things. He's afraid that if he changes the weather or the colours of random things, that it would throw everything out of balance. He also needed something that would be easily noticable so he could actually learn from this test.

It occurs to him that maybe the easiest thing would be to influence something that was fluid and ever-changing per definition. That way it would continue to change as time goes on, even after his rule was in place. At least he hoped that would be the case.

That's when Rob sees a jogger with a neon pink hat on her head pass by a bunch of students with brightly neon coloured shoes. He decides that the best he could come up with for now is to make a change to the currently trending styles of clothing. After all, fashion would always evolve from generation to generation, right?

The temperatures are very high and it's a sunny, cloudless summer day. Rob is sweating a lot and not just from running all the way to the park.
He'd always been that kid who would sweat very easily, especially in summer. The armpit stains on his otherwise clean t-shirt make him feel insecure and uncomfortable. He feels like he's being watched and laughed at. - A problem he frequently experiences.

He lets his eyes and thoughts wander for a while, trying to relax. That's when he sees a bunch of children run around in a fountain next to the playground nearby.
The children are giggling and running around without a care in the world. He misses that careless feeling from childhood, before school had put him through the ringer. As a 25 year old man he was no longer in school, but he still silently carried the insecurities from those days around with him.

Inspired by what he sees and by his own sweaty uncomfortable self, he starts typing something he thinks would be only a small change to the world:
