Julie was pretty much surrounded. There was no way she could outrun them either on her bare feet, and even if she could, where would she even go? As much as this was probably gonna suck, she had to go through with it. It was clear they were trying to humiliate her, but how far would they go?

"Apparently you get a kick out of sneaking around naked, but you don't seem to like being caught. Maybe this way you'll learn not to do such things in public!" The blonde girl lectured to Julie.

Julie protested, but it fell on deaf ears. The girl who had gone to fetch something revealed what she had retrieved. It was a plastic bag with some stuff in it. Julie got even more nervous now. The girl first took out a nylon rope, like that used in tents or something. They took her arms and legs, and tied them to a fence facing the road. Already passerbys on their way to the beach were staring as this petite nubile girl got tied up in broad daylight. Julie struggled instinctively, but did not fight too hard. In some weird way she hoped to still win their mercy, although she clearly was not getting any. She was tied up with arms and legs spread out, so nothing was left to the imagination.

"Of course, we don't want people to think you're in any trouble." Smirked Eva as she took out a marker.

LOST A DARE. Those were the words she scribbled on Julie's chest and belly. The marker tickled, but that was the least of her concern. Lastly, they gagged her with a hairband so she couldn't protest the text on her body.

"So? Lunch anyone?"

"See ya in a bit, towel thief!"

The girls left her there, fully exposed. She was left tied up for almost half an hour. No matter how much she struggled, she could not escape her bindings. A ton of cars passed her by and they beeped at her more times than she could count. She could live with the cars, but pedestrians were far worse. Each time she could see them stare at her private parts as she drooled over herself, and saw how they judged her for partaking in a sexual dare like this.

At one point a group of guys walked past. They ended up taking pictures of her, and even posed for a group photo. One boy even squeezed her tits, but luckily the others made fun of him for it. The worst part is that touch turned Julie on quite a bit. Being so close to this many guys while totally naked was extremely stimulating by itself, no matter the shame. Still, she felt relieved when they finally moved on.

When they were out of sight, Julie noticed one of her bindings had begun to loosen up. This could be her chance to escape!
