Deciding that making a break for it would be too risky, and that you've followed along so far, you simply walk behind the succubus as she strides down the hall. Eventually she comes to an abrupt stop directly in front of one of the pairs of doors, and opens the one to the right, ushering you in.

The room is simple and to the point. There's a large, metal table in the exact center, and a small sheet has been laid over its surface. To the left are a large number of cabinets and shelves, holding all of the medical supplies in the room. On the other side of the room are several large machines, some of which you recognize as standard medical equipment, and others for which you are completely uncertain of the purpose.

"Please, lay down on the table, coat open," the woman instructs. You finally realize that you don't even know her name, and so as you move up onto the table, you timidly ask the question.

"In this world, I go by Denaria, but for all intents and purposes, you can just call me Dr. D. I'm a succubus after all, my true name is unpronounceable by your human tongue." Your suspicions confirmed, you can't help but be a bit apprehensive at what a succubus could want from you.

"Oh please, calm down," Dr. D responds when she notices your concern, "As long as you cooperate, I'm perfectly willing to act similarly civil. I have plenty of tests to run, and most of them don't involve permanent effects." She produces a clipboard, seemingly from thin air, and hands it to you with pen attached. The top sheet is a checklist, separated into two parts, with a space for a signature at the bottom.

"Please put a mark next to all tests you're willing to act as a subject for, then sign. Any risks, pain, or permanent effects are listed alongside their title. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Oh, and I do have to request that you pick at least three in order to make my time worthwhile, and if you don't I'll just have to choose myself.
