No, but she does need changing.

Stephanie heard a conspicuous hissing noise and saw the yellow stain in Paulette's diaper grow, becoming more noticeable. Paulette barely reacted as she peed herself.

"N-No. You look great but u-um..."

"What?"

"Don't you want me to change you first?"

Paulette cocked an eyebrow and looked down at herself. She put a hand on the front of her diaper and felt how warm it was inside and out.

Having been in diapers since she was born, Paulette dirtying her underwear so casually was second nature to her. She wasn't incontinent, so she knew when she used her diaper and could even hold it in times of emergencies, but it was as inconsequential to her as blinking.

"Hmm... It can still hold a little more. You think we should?"

Stephanie swallowed a glob of spit forming in her mouth.

"Yeah. I think we should. Besides, I got something for you."

Stephanie opened her diaper bag and found a folded up, unused Luvlies-brand X-Strong diaper.

In the town, there were several independent stories that specialized in manufacturing and selling baby stuff for babies of all ages and situations. The Luvlies X-Strong were made for the especially active adult-babies, ideal for sports and more **** forms of playtime. They were as thin as pull-ups, they could hold more than the average diaper and had extra-strength tapes. They were more expensive and came in smaller portions than the usual box of diapers, but you pay for the quality. Stephanie had bought some for Paulette to wear, both for their hiking date and because she thought her girlfriend would look cute in them.

Instead of waiting for a changing matt, Paulette laid down on a particularly soft patch of grass. She didn't fuss over being changing like a good baby. Stephanie undid the tapes of her diaper and opened it up, muscle memory guiding her as she changed her girlfriend's diaper.

Stephanie loved Paulette and cherished their time together, but dating an adult-baby tended to put her in a state of dissonance. Adult-babies dating their babysitters were fairly common in town and was considered normal (as long as the age difference wasn't too far apart, anyway). There were couples who moved into town so that one could baby the other. Stephanie didn't mind taking care of Paulette like a baby, and she couldn't help but find her gorgeous as an adult, but she sometimes had trouble reconciling these two different parts of her.

As Stephanie finished wiping her clean, Paulette bit her lip. She liked it when Stephanie changed her, and the adult part of her wanted Stephanie to wait for a bit before she put the new diaper on, especially out in the open where they could get caught. As a baby, Stephanie has seen her naked, having changed her, clothed her, even helped bath her. As an adult however, Paulette had other needs, but she never knew how to tell Stephanie.

Soon Stephanie taped up the new diaper and threw away the used diaper and wipes into a nearby trashcan before helping Paulette onto her feet. The padding of the new diaper wasn't as fluffy as she's used to. Once could even confuse them for big girl underwear, but big girls wore pants or skirts over their underwear. As an adult baby, Paulette could run around with her diaper exposed all she liked.
