No, Normal World Rules

There will be no stigma against having multiple partners in love or sex. There will be everything just like an average fantasy world like kingdoms, cities, heroes, and villains. Death won't be the end but a reincarnation with no memories (That should account for deaths). (Speaking of death...) There has to be evil in the world for good to win against and that evil will be monsters completely irredeemable.

Sam thought about how some people would be made at her for allowing death and murders at the hands of monsters, but this is her world, and it will all work out for the best in the end, she will make it so.

Elves, Cat/Dog-folk, Orcs, Humans, Dwarfs, Dragons and so on will be inhabitants of this world. They will have their own strengths and weaknesses so they will work together to battle monsters. These monsters will never truly overrun the new world, only enough to give a challenge (If I want more of a threat, I can just do it. I'm The Goddess after all). There will be other lesser gods and goddesses in the world, ones who will have a specific domain for people to pray to for help or guidance. The world will have animals befitting a fantasy world and four seasons like my old world.

If the world needs more that I missed, I'll just add it later Sam thought to herself. Now, let's see how it goes.
