John stretched stiff arms over his head after finishing the latest quest, glad the tedious business of killing dozens of that specific mob everyone was hunting today was over, and thankful RNGesus had been at least partially on his side, as his personal drop rate for the quest item was higher than the average. Still took longer than expected.

He stood up, grunting slightly as his now massive testicles, each 5.5 inches across at least at this point, swung heavily against his flabby legs. He reached for another bottle of flavored sparkling water from the minifridge next to his desk, giving the camera a disturbing view of his pudgy naked ass, albeit with an unbelievably large pair of testicles hanging below it.

He pondered the display he had just presented, and was glad he hadn't started streaming yet. He'd have to make sure the nigh-magical (and magically programmed) software on the server edited that part out of the timelapse.
