Ethan walked into the hideout to see the Edgerunners.

"Babe!" Beca ran into his arms and hugged him tightly.

"Hey there, so how was the whole thing?" Ethan asked as he patted her head.

He still has his mask on so the others didn't know who he was.

"Oh it was fantastic! Explosions! Gun fights!" Rebecca answered for Beca.

"You don't even know what you did." Maine, the leader of the crew spoke up.

"Hmmm and what did I do?" Ethan asked. His mask was still on.

"You made yourself a target and now, whatever is left of Arasaka will be gunning for you hard." Maine crossed his arms.

Ethan stared at him before he started laughing. "HAHAHAHA!"

Lucy blinked at how Ethan was taking this as a joke.

"Arasaka can come after me all they'd like, but I'm not gonna just roll over." Ethan said.

"Think your hot shit?!" Pilar, Rebecca's brother snided.

"Please, I'm not hot shit, I'm THE Shit." Ethan raised his arms. "I did what Johnny Silverhand did single handedly."

The rest of the crew looked at Ethan in shock.

"Oh right, Beca, where is it?" Ethan looked at his girlfriend.

"Right here!" Beca took out her storage cube and within a moment, a large pod appeared.

"The fuck?" Dorio, Maine's right hand and girlfriend looked shocked.

"Whoa whoa whoa, where did you get that?" Pilar asked as he looked at the storage cube.

"Oh he gave it to me." Beca took the cube and put it away.

"Where can I get one?"

"Quiet." Ethan took out his own storage cube and took out the Relic.

"What's that?" David asked looking it over.

"Remember my broadcast about how they could rewrite a person's mind?" Ethan opened the pod and it looked like a plain human male, some... Deformities, this one had an arm missing!

Perfect.

"Wait so this is it?" Rebecca asked as she reached out to touch the box but Beca slapped her hand. "It's very fragile, can't leave it out in the open." Beca warned.

Ethan found the port and nodded, he took out something else, a syringe and injected it into the body, soon the most of the minor deformities were being repaired, save for the stump.

"What?" Lucy looked in shock as the body repaired itself.

"Okay..." Ethan opened the case and took out the chip. "Cortana, you got the vitals?"

"Checking... No pulse, just an empty husk." Cortana responded.

"Time to revive a legend." Ethan inserted the chip and raised his hand, electricity started to spark. "Clear." Ethan placed his hand on the man's chest and gave a shock.

"... We got a pulse, the modification is doing its job." Cortana explained.

"Time for the process to finish?" Ethan asked as he closed the pod.

"Estimated time... Without a soul in the body to begin with and the mod that you gave... 12 hours." Cortana explained.

"Good." Ethan got up and stretched. "Man I'm beat... Okay who's in charge?" Ethan turned to the crew.

Maine glared. "That'd be me."

"Okay, I need a favour..." Ethan patted the pod and pushed it to the side of the hideout. "I need you and the rest to watch over this pod like a hawk, no one opens the pod and if he wakes up, call me."

Dorio got up. "And who the fuck do you think you are to order us around?"

"I'm asking for a favour, if you can't, I'll find someone else." Ethan crossed his arms.

Maine raised his hand and Dorio backed off. "... What's going on with the body and who's in that chip."

"... Wouldn't believe me if I told you." Ethan chuckled.

"Try us." Pilar smirked.

"Johnny fucking Silverhand!" Beca revealed.

The Edgerunners snapped their heads to the pod.

"Are you fucking serious?!" Lucy asked in shock.

"Yup, he'll be a bit whoozy when he wakes up in... 12 hours." Ethan waved his hand. "I'll be going to rest up and maybe have a threesome with the two most beautiful ladies in the hideout.

Beca grinned and walked up to Ethan and hugged his arm. "That is if the second one is up for it." Beca smirked at her counterpart.

Rebecca blinked and blushed, literally blushed. "... This a once in a life time opportunity, I ain't gonna waste it!" Rebecca ran up and hugged Ethan's other arm. "See ya later!" Rebecca grinned.

Ethan walked off with the two girls hanging off his arms.

"Hey! What about our deal?" Lucy shouted after them.

"I have it covered, I'll give you the details after you watch the pod." Ethan called back.

"... Bastard's lucky I'll give him that." Maine smirked.

"Why's that?" His girlfriend asked.

"If I had another you, I'd definitely go for the threesome route." Maine smirked wider.

David blinked and started to think about that scenario with Lucy...

Outside of Night City in the private home of the Arasaka Clan, Saburo Arasaka was in a small room with his bodyguard, there was a screen playing the feed of the battle between Adam Smasher and the Phantom Spyder.

Saburo sipped on his tea. "Takamura... What cyberware allows someone to manipulate energy in such a way?" The CEO asked his bodyguard.

"There have been prototypes but none of them have been successful long term and resulted in the body overheating." Takamura responded as he watched the fight, they saw Phantom create the energy arm to throw Adam Smasher aside.

"... The company will go under if something isn't done.."

"I am aware." Saburo answered and put the cup down. "We can come back from this... But we need to snuff out this ... Nuisance." He looked at the feed as Phantom killed Adam.

"Understood."
