Perhaps it would be best to pick a world that is more on the strange side to keep Moon off balance? The Nick sector of the multi-verse is certainly rife with such worlds. However few contain the right mixture of chaos and circumstance you need to fully exploit Moon's flaws. That said, three worlds do pop to mind...

1. Danny Phantom: How interesting, a world that seems to have its barrier between life and **** so thin that the two worlds constantly meet and cross at multiple points in time. Not only this but there seems to be a rather interesting parallel in this world that mirrors Moon's own problems. Perhaps this would be an excellent chance to exploit moons flaw of a troubled marriage? If so, it would be best to give Moon the pendant of the heart is to better allow her to bond with her parallel in this world.

2. Fairly Oddparents: Now this world is quite an oddity if you remember correctly, as it was trapped in a rather interesting paradoxical situation. With it being stuck in a year-long time loop that ensured that the inhabitants never aged. Perhaps this would be a good point in time to exploit Moon's flaw of blind justice, with you boosting her abilities further with the blue bracelet of magic. As to better allow her to see the magical occurrences that surround her and give her a better form of defense against the magic that seems to permeate this world.

3. Avatar the last Airbender: Perhaps a world trapped in an endless war could further push Moon to your side? This world has been trapped in a hundred-year long war and it has no end of issues for you to exploit. However, you have noticed that some in this world are tired of fighting and some simply seek friendship and family. You could exploit this and exploit Moon's own issues as a mother to take over this world with the aid of the pendant of the heart.
