John wanted another daughter, so after storing Megan's memories away, he zapped Emma Stone.

He hit exaggerate, then had an idea and zapped Megan's old memories onto someone who was the exact opposite of Megan. Of course, the exaggerate setting was on, so the new Megan Thee Stallion would be an exaggerated version of the old Megan.
