Next Check-In

Rikki sat in her office, tapping on her desk frustratedly. Devin was late for his weekly check-in. Not only that but he wasn’t replying to any of her messages. This wasn’t like him. She checked his address on file, tempted to race over there. But if she left during work, it could cause Devin unwanted attention from the police. Rikki’s hands were tied she’ have to wait for work to finish before heading over to Devin’s place.
