Sex cult busted in the asylum halls by police during an underground rave party attended by many of the town's locals and students from the nearby Highwater Academy...

Headline: Circus Freak Show Accident

Article: A travelling circus Freak Show convoy has met with an unfortunate accident by Devil's Creek. When emergency services arrived on scene, most of the convoy had been engulfed in soaring flames. Rumors among the townsfolk have been circulating about escaped "freaks" from the convoy still roaming the woods. Among them are the popular names such as Larry Strongarm the muscleman, Big Ape, the Twins, Vernon the disfigured clown and a literal lion. Authorities have since came out to report that the aforementioned characters have unfortunately perished in the accident and will not be seen roaming Highwater at night.

Headline: Axel Moves Into Highwater

Conspiracy theories aside, this move is likely to boost the economy of Highwater as locals are slated to be hired when the factory opens its doors next year.
