New place

Artemis conjured two bike helmets both were navy blue. Percy was going to have her change it but instead let her leave it after all she hadn't complained about her outfit so he let her have this. He had driven a motorcycle a few times but never with a sidecar. He took his time and after a few minutes he had gotten the Hang of it and headed out. Then he realized he had no idea where he was going but Artemis gave him the directions before he could say anything.

"LIttle star, are you reading my mind," percy asked.

"No daddy … left up here ," she answered.

"OK so this place for the condo where are we going,"

"It's a few blocks from Olympius. It's a complex owned by a daughter of Hermes. It's where I send girls who leave the hunters but there are other demigods who live there of all ages and genders. When we get there I can tell her to …. To give you a condo and I'll pay for it ," she said he could tell by her voice that she was scared to do so.

He pulled over and took off the helmet.

"LITTLE star is there any way other then you telling him to do this we could get you changed but I want you to come and go as you are," percy said looking at her

"I could give you a letter with my seal and I could pretend to be your girlfriend or sister or something," she explained.

"Perfect little star," he said, putting his helmet back on and starting the bike.

They got there and Percy buzzed the penthouse he introduced himself and was let in. He headed up on the elevator and met with the owner, a woman in her late 20s in a t-shirt and sweatpants. She had short blond hair. She was taller than Percy with a large bust and round hips.

"Nice to meet you Mr jackson my name is Rose and who is this your little sister," she asked.

"I'm his girlfriend, I'm older than I look," Artemis said with a smirk hugging Percy's arm.

"Oh my apology, so I assume you're here for a condo we take drachma denarii or US dollars," she explained

"Um i don't have any of this but I do have this from artemis," he said handing her the note artmamiss gave him just before they entered.

"Oh wow she never gave one of these to a guy before… hell she even wants me to give you the beast condo i have available OK come with me," she said leading them to the elevator.

Once inside she took out a key and unlocked a panel revealing another set of buttons she pressed one with a trident on it. Percy felt the elevator move on the diagonal and then open to reveal a pent house with bay windows that he could see the Hudson out the window.

"So this is the poseidon building most mortals can't see it but as you can tell it's right next to the Hudson you are also In Rockefeller park there are 6 bedrooms 3 and a half bathrooms there is a pool on the roof that you have access to as well as a gym forge target range underground parking and Pegasus stables," she explained showing them around.

"The building also provides wifi and satellite with access to hephaestus TV and all 1200 of the channels cleared for mortals," she explained turning the TV on to a weather channel with a crazy looking weatherman.

"This key is for the front door this is for this one for the roof this one is for the underground garage this one is for the elevator as you saw it can transport you to anywhere else with a port including my other 12 buildings I have 2 here in New york thair is a map on the main floor of each if you want to use it," she explained Handing percy the keys

"Oh and if you need help moving in I also run a moving company," she said handing him her card.

"Um don't I have to sign some papers or something," percy asked.

"Oh Yeah almost forgot usalt with letters from artemis the apartment is in her name but this is a gift to you for saving her one sec.she said taking out her phone and watched as it printed out a scroll bigger than itself.

She showed him where to sign and he did after words she left Him and artemis.

He started to decorate with artemis. His room was nice and simple with everything he needed. Then he moved to another room and had Artmais turn it into the room she had made. He then filled out the rest of the condo with little things just the minimum for the first day.

"Now what daddy," Artemis asked, hugging him close.
