New mission

You spend the next hour or so learning about the elven lands, the dryad eager to tell you everything she knows now that she has been 'set free' from her misconceptions about who the real evil ones are. She tells you about the elven town she grew in, about the battalions of soldiers that would march through there extorting protection money from the local shopkeepers and about the social divide between the clans of elves. "Compared to that the Overlord is the lesser evil. At least with him you know that he does what he does for conquest, not like those elven nobles who have never fought a day in their life" The dryad who you named Willow, tells you. "I think that when the Overlord finally conquers the land the world will be a better place for it. At least he controls his subjects..."

A few hours later

You stand on your balcony, dressed in your leather armor practicing your hand to hand fighting against Willow. Her vines making it quite a challenge to get close to her and the chance of getting hit from any direction forces you to stay on alert. Lucinda had gone to find a pot to plant Willow's seed into. Due to the corruption her tree in the elven realm withered and she needed a new one to live and recharge in. Deciding that you want your woman close in case of boredom you gave Lucinda the order to plant it in your chambers, also giving you the opportunity to keep an eye on her if the corrupted dryad was faking her submission.

Then a dark blue light fills your living room, you quickly head inside, followed closely by Willow. The source of the light appears to be the dark orb on the table. The magical communication device. Lucinda was already standing by the table when you walked in. She bowed before you then took a step back. Willow flanked you from the other side, also half a step behind you. Knowing it's best to not keep your master waiting you place your claw on the orb, near instantly a holographic projection of your master on his throne fills the room. You as well as your followers kneel, showing the master the respect he deserves. "Rise Kahn" He speaks, so you do, standing in front of the table looking at the hologram.

"I see that you have already increased the number of followers you posses" Your master speaks. "Good. I have been trying to get my own version of those damnable wood spirits for years now... But it seems my power was to strong for them, disintegrating them before the corruption took hold of them. Make sure to plant her seedlings in the courtyard when they start to grow." You nod at your masters words, indicating you have understood him. "Okay, now to the matter at hand. I am sending you and your troops to raid one of the villages on the border between the lands. This village is used frequently by those foolish heroes as a place to prepare their trek into our lands. I want you to go there, and raze the town. Consider whatever you find there yours, be it possessions... Or slaves. Go now, Don't fail me. " With a wave of your master's hand the hologram retracts to the orb. Willow and Lucinda look at you, waiting for your orders. "Lucinda, gather the elementals, we have a town to raze..." You say with a grin.
