New life

Couple of weeks flew by without Katie even realising. She started working in Public school with her host Eva who was her mentor and basically she guided here in every asspect of her job. Katie loved teaching and yes she loved her preschoolers in her class. Like Eva warned her school is almost entirely black. From kids to teachers and most of her colleagues.

Katie was feeling very awkward at first but her guardian angel Eva was there to help her in every way. She told her what to do and what not to do and how to work with kids who are coming from broken homes and problematic homes.

She slowly started to inetgrate inside the school and even though she was still very reserved she started making friends with her colleagues especially with Jollene who was close to Katies age. Jollene was beautiful curvy black girl and Katie was envious of her curves but Jollene was also very direct and sorta crazy in good way. Totally different than any girl Katie ever hang out with.

Since she was only working Jollene asked Katie if she wants to go out this weekend, summer was still here and there were couple of rooftop bars that are amazing. Katie gladly accepted this invitation.
