-You are introduced to a mechanic where you are able to have sex with any female NPC you like, be it a ped or a story character. For example, when you're not in a story mission and you're playing as Michael, and you're at your safe house, if you find Amanda or Tracey or the Maid, you just right click to lock onto the target press "F" to fuck. This can also be done to random peds outside the safe house.

-its not just you. Even other story mode characters can randomly appear fucking other characters. For example, sometimes you may walk into Trevor fucking Tracey or Jimmy fucking Amanda or Franklin fucking both, etc. You get the idea.

-there are multiple "Strangers and Pervs" missions scattered across the country where you complete jobs for sexual gratification. For example, Franklin doing tow truck jobs and in exchange, Tonya sucks him off. Or when you play as either of the characters, you get to make a wager with Mary Ann that if you win against her in a race, you get to fuck her.

-Online multiplayer where you get to do missions with real people from all over the world, or even have some fun time with them.
