New case.

Detective Samantha Vixen was at her desk when she got the report from her boss. She flicked through the preliminary report that a Federal Judge Mary Fiso had not reported to the courthouse and a welfare check had revealed that she was not at her home either. Samantha or Sam to her friends took her badge and gun from her desk and headed out to the courthouse.

When she arrived she went to the security office and asked for their CCTV from the previous day and she looked though it skipping to the close of business the day before. She saw the judge leave the building and head to her car get in and drive away and that was it. She then went up to the judges office and spoke with her clerk to find out of any threats towards the judge but nothing popped out.

Leaving the courthouse she went to the city's CCTV monitoring center and looked at the footage of the route the judge would take home. Again nothing apart from one camera having been inoperative so she noted where the gap was in the surveillance. Then she saw the judges car again two minutes after being picked up by the next camera heading out of the city. Sam knew that the only places out their were the football stadium and the airport so she had patrol check both for the black BMW.

She left the CCTV center and headed to the courthouse and took the route the judge would have taken until she came to where the gap was in the surveillance footage. All she could see was an alleyway and she started to walk down the alley she noted a yellow and black diversion sign but then there was other road works equipment around so she stuck it in the back of her mind. She headed down the alley and looked around but there was nothing of importance not even Tyre tracks so she headed back to the station to report to her boss.
