New Year's Eve Party - Part 5

Mallory, Lexie, Laura, and Kate were all together talking since they were all part of the volleyball team at school. The four had always been close. Emily Morales was another part of their group and speaking of Emily, she was walking up to them right now. Emily has long dark brown to black hair with brown eyes. “Well, look who decided to show up.” Mallory said as she saw Emily walking toward them.

“I really am, but who knows what kind of time I’m going to have there with practice and schoolwork.” Emily said since she had already gotten a few scholarships to at different colleges to play volleyball.

“I’m sure you will find a way.” Mallory said.

“Yeah. If nothing else, we will drag you out with us.” Lexie said.

“I will hold you to that so that it will make sure that I don’t get burned out.” Emily said.

“We will make sure you have a good balance next year.” Kate said.

“Thanks guys. You’re the best.” Emily said.

“So, what are you going to do now that you’re out of the house?” Lexie asked.

“I don’t know, but I know I am going to have fun at least.” Emily said.

“Yeah, we’ll make sure of that.” Laura said.

“How about we get you laid? I know there has been lots of sex going on around here tonight.” Lexie said.

“Lexie, what the hell?” Kate asked in shock.

“What? Have you not seen any of it?” Lexie asked.

“I’ve seen it, but still, why does it have to come down to sex?” Kate asked.

“Calm down, Kate. That’s not what I meant anyway, although it has been a while.” Emily said, with a look on her face that let the others know what she was thinking about.

“Okay, so what do you have in mind?” Mallory asked.

“How about we do some dancing. You know I love dancing.” Emily said.

“Sounds like an idea. Let’s do it.” Laura said as the five of them walked out onto the dance floor and started to dance together and have fun for the next little while.

Ben and Chase had been talking when Christine showed up to talk to Ben and Holly showed up to talk to Chase. Christine had long brown hair and blue eyes. “Anyway. You really want to think about dating?” Ben asked Christine.

“I think it’s worth a try.” Christine said.

“Okay, we can set something up next week for a trial basis.” Ben said and Christine nodded.

“What about you handsome? Would you be interested in dating me?” Holly asked Chase.

“I wouldn’t mind it.” Chase said.

“I wouldn’t mind getting my hands on Lanie either.” Holly said.

“See, I think you would rather be with Lanie than with me.” Chase said.

“At this point in time you would be correct, but I can see myself developing feelings for you in the future. You seem to be a nice guy and you’re really hot too.” Holly said.

“Okay. I think we can try something on a trial basis like what Ben just talked about with Christine. Is that something you would mind?” Chase asked.

“Not at all. It would give us time to see if we are compatible or not.” Holly said.

“I like you, new girl. We should hang out sometime.” Christine said.

“Sounds like a plan.” Holly said.

“Oh, this could be bad.” Ben said.

“You have no idea.” Chase said as the four of them talked for a bit longer talking before going their separate ways.

Josh, Sue, and Sam were out of the dance floor dancing and having a good time. They turned to watch Faith dancing every once in a while since she was pretty much a pro dancer. Sue was pretty much transfixed on Faith since she moved seamlessly with her moves and it just looked so fluid and Sue knew that she wanted to try something like that in the future.

“Hey guys, I will see you in a little bit. I’m going to talk to the girl who Patrick seems to have taken on as a new girlfriend.

“Alright. We will see you later.” Sam said and Josh waved as Sue walked off.

Sue made her way to Faith and stopped in front of her. “Hey, I’m Sue. Patrick’s younger sister.” Sue said.

“Nice to meet you, Sue. I’m Faith.” Faith said.

“Nice to meet you too. I was wondering if you might have some time to talk to me about maybe getting into dancing?” Sue asked.

“Sure. Let’s go grab some chairs.” Faith said as the two of them walked off the dance floor and found some chairs.

“So, do you have any dance experience?” Faith asked Sue.

“No. At least not like you anyway.” Sue said.

“That’s fine. There are a few styles that could be good for beginners of every age. Why don’t you come be the studio next week when you have some time and we can see what fits you best.” Faith said.

“Sounds great. What kind of dancing is there?” Sue asked.

“There are a lot of different kinds, but with you body, I would recommend something more out there. You would be good at hip hop dancing like me. There is also classical dancing as well. The you have contemporary. The there is also the trusty stripper dancing.” Faith said, moving her eyes up and down Sue’s body, which Sue didn’t miss.

“Oh, I never though about stripping. That could be fun, but some of the other styles might be worth looking into as well.” Sue said.

“I think you could be great at any of them.” Faith said.

“Thanks for the talk. I will see you next week at the dance studio.” Sue said as she got up from the chair and want back to her friends.

“Yeah. See you there.” Faith said as she thought about all the fun things that she and Patrick’s sister could get into and also all the little secrets that Sue could tall her so that she could use them to make fun of what she hoped would be her future boyfriend if things went good the next day.
