Only 10% of the population in the world is now male. Of the remaining 90%, 20% are futanari and the rest are female. Everyone is fully furtile and only get horny once they turn 18; before that age a pheromone is released to dampen all others' libidos around them so no immoral shenanigans can happen. All men and futas are required to have their own harems by the age of 20 or be forced by the government to be little more than seed producers.

95% of the world's population will have its genome bonded with an animal (real or fantasy) while 5% will randomly remain only human. Humans can give birth to the new races and vice versa.
